Recently on vacation, we tried Tupelo Honey in Asheville. It was so good, we decided to end the week with Tupelo in Franklin. Both were amazing! We had the best service from Jacqueline in Franklin (and Jacob in Asheville). Tupelo Franklin was nestled in the shopping area close but not too close to the mall and hotels. The yellow umbrellas on the patio were very inviting as was the weather. Inside dining looked comfortable too. We were visted by manager Rami who was a pleasure and ran a great restaurant. Thanks for the history of Tupelo Honey Rami! The food was excellent! I'm a Girl Raised In The South (GRIT) and the grits were better than mine! And the buttermilk waffles topped with blueberries are a must. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all!

We had a fabulous time at Tupelo for a Mother’s day brunch! We arrived right on time for our reserved time and were greeted kindly and seated immediately. I tell you what, that apple cider bacon, goat cheese grits, and those biscuits were a HIT! 10/10 recommend. Great service and impressive for such a busy brunch day. Will definitely be returning.

A few things would prevent me from coming back...lipstick on wine glass, steak over cooked, brought me incorrect salad dressing, waited 45 for salad and sandwich. It's a chain so expectations are never too high but there are other places to try before this one. The salad was good though.

Dalton was amazing and super personable. It was a busy Mother’s Day weekend and Dalton made sure that my brother, my mom , and I had a great experience. The brunch was fresh and delicious. Delicious fried green tomatoes. The blood orange mimosas and glass of Prosecco made the brunch fancy and fun.

Went for an early Mother's Day brunch. The food was fantastic and server was on point. The cathead biscuit appetizer is 2 huge biscuits. No one needs a whole one if you plan to eat your meal. I learned that the hard way. Everyone loved their meals, which were touch to finish (after those biscuits). The different mimosas were delicious. Overall just a great experience, and I highly recommend them for brunch.

Seemed like they were having staffing shortages. We had a 15 minute wait for our table even though we had a reservation and there were a number of empty tables. Great food, great server, and great environment. The server made our first experience incredible and shared additional insights to her favorites and popular items she has seen ordered most. The food come out timely but most importantly DELICIOUS! We got the biscuits as the start with that blueberry butter and some honey, making that biscuit like a sweet dessert. We then got the half chicken with an additional side and shared it. It was plenty of food to split especially with the start. The chicken was juicy with a crispy fried tasty skin. I got the collards with bacon and wife got the broccolini both great sides to compliment the chicken. Would highly recommend the restaurant and if you are in Franklin, TN area this one to stop in and enjoy.

Out with our 2 boys and it was so great. Our server was amazing. I feel terrible I can’t remember his name and my husband can’t seem to either. Saturday night staff has a a groove that keeps you feeling fed, hydrated and attended to. Love the atmosphere, love their food.

We picked this because of all the chef’s accolades. Turns out the food wasn’t that good and the service was ok but not quite with it. We ordered a beer that we saw sitting on the bar waiting for more than 15 before it found its way to our table. We left with the impression that the chef made a menu, then left and never came back to train anyone on the dishes.

We were there on Sunday the 2nd and had a reservation at 1215. After waiting 20 minutes and asking how much longer it would be, we were told they were waiting for someone to leave and could seat us outside which we agreed to. We sat outside for 30 minutes and no one ever came to the table. When I went in to see if we had a server the hostess happened to be there and I asked her about our server. She pointed to the man standing at the register and said Rick(I might be mistaken on the name but he was bald) is your server. Rick immediately started to complain about how many tables he was waiting on and the hostess said she would get someone to wait on us. From then we just kept waiting longer, Rick finally waited on us it was 45 minutes before getting water. To make a long story short , we were there 2 and a half hours and nearly two hours before we ever ate having to ask multiple times where the food was we even asked if we could have biscuits because we were hungry and we got two for five people. One of the orders was wrong but we dare not complain. No apology no comp or anything. Sad to say one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in terms of service. We should have asked to speak to the manager but we stayed quiet
