    A pricey alternative to our traditional home cooked Thanksgiving meal. Turkey with all of the trimmings (but the stuffing was way too salty). Likely totry somewhere else next year.

    I booked this restaurant before a show at the Fieldhouse and it was exceptional…everyone from the valets to Mary, our server, to the host/hostess was wonderful. I love the varied CLE menu and the food/drinks were top notch. We got to the concert and I was notified via text that one of our guests had dropped a credit card and they had put it aside for safe keeping until after the show. Top notch staff and good people all the way around 👏🏼

    We are in town to visit friends and see a concert. The restaurant is so inviting, with so many options. Beautiful bar and fireplace, great drinks and energy. The filet was cooked to perfection. The chocolate cake was heavenly. But most of all, the entire staff from the hostess, to the server, to the manager we raved to about how outstanding the place is, they were all just so warm and friendly. Olsi, Denita, and Maria took such good care of us. We will be back our next visit. Do not miss this place, worth every penny!!!

    Last Friday, my friends and I had an unforgettable evening at Turn in the Ritz-Carlton. Julie, our server, was truly amazing and made our experience exceptional. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and the drinks were absolutely delicious, adding a touch of luxury to our evening. While the drinks were a highlight, I must admit that the rest of the food was just okay. Although, their bread basket does deserve its own 5 star review! However, the outstanding service and delightful beverages more than made up for it. We still had a fantastic time and would definitely return for the exceptional service and the great atmosphere. Thanks to Julie and the crew for making our pre-ghost walking tour of downtown Cleveland special!

    This was my 2nd visit. Great food and service. Enjoy the banter with Julie. Love this place. I had the apple / bacon salad. Main course was short rib. Finished off with ritz-Carlton chocolate cake. Wonderful

    Disappointment, food had no flavor. Our server was very pleasant, the only part of tge experience worth going for. Extremely overpriced, quality not great. Seasoning off. Entrees looked like they were done by a culinary student, combinations of flavors were immature, plating was lazy and not impressive. Bread basket was the only edible item. Barely ate the seafood, and left most plates untouched or unfinished.

    The food was pretty flavorful. Loved the bread and butter. Unfortunately, the quantity was small. Our server was so polite and courteous. That made our experience worthwhile.

    This is the bar and restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton. The decor is dated and felt like a shopping mall or department store that hadn’t been updated since the late 1990s. The wood paneling gave it a club feel but the tvs, horrible music and casual staff made it feel like a sports bar — not the restaurant and bar within a 5-star hotel. 1) No signage from street level lobby directing you to sixth floor, where the restaurant is located. 2) Restaurant completely empty. I was the only customer at a table. The bar had a half dozen customers, all of whom seemed to only be drinking. 3) Food menu is mostly casual food - sports bar and casual American dining food. No shrimp cocktail! 4) Wine list is mostly inflated. $65 for a 375 ml split of Ritz champagne. $160ish for a bottle of wine that retails for $50. 5) Waitress addressed me by the first name on my reservation, which is unprofessional. This is the Ritz-Carlton. Imagine being on a business dinner and taking a client out to be called by first name. 6) The casualness continued with bar staff who wore shirts with rolled up sleeves, which was unprofessional. At 6 pm they rang an annoying train whistle like a dive bar when someone buys a round and interrupted everyone’s appearance with a craft cocktail making. Just uncalled for. 7) I really wanted a shrimp cocktail. No such luck. My salmon entree was very good, except the kitchen couldn’t cook the sides — blistered tomatoes, grilled asparagus and grilled broccoli. The tomatoes weren’t blistered. The asparagus and broccoli were lukewarm to cold. They clearly were pre-cooked and sat under a heating lamp. While I wasn’t offered a new main, the waitress did comp my food. Had it not been for the bread, I would have been hungry. Thankfully, the bread and butter were very good. The salmon was 6 oz in size. At the end of the day, there are any number of casual restaurants within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton. This should be a fine dining restaurant, not a sports bar.

    When the servers were on it, they were on it, and when they were not, it was a tad frustrating. Each one has a great personality & memory, they need to add to staff or unjust pay closer attention. Knowing this would I eat there again, yes I would.

    Julie, our server is super efficient and always pleasant. Food was O.K. not outstanding. Drinks and Wine by the glass are over priced. The room was super noisy as the bar was very busy. A quiet, relaxing dinner was always the case in the previous dinning room -- we miss that beautiful room! Between the Bar and traffic to the check in desks, it is normally a more too active for a relaxing dinner.

    This was our first visit to Turn Bar + Kitchen at The Ritz. Overall, we enjoyed our evening. However, the service was spotty and disorganized. It looked like they were understaffed, which required a lot of multitasking by those present. It's a nice, comfortable bar and lounge. The food was very good. We enjoyed Southeast Asian cuisine. My wife had the Bun Cha Bahn Mi sub with nice and crispy sweet potato fries. I started with the Asia Town Tom Yum Goong (Thai) soup, which was excellent. I followed that up with the delicious Thai Shrimp Salad. The flavor of my two dishes popped! For dessert, my wife had the Apple Beignets, which she liked a lot. I would recommend Turn Bar + Kitchen at The Ritz for a pregame (Cavs nearby) drink+eat. Just arrive early to allow for service speed bumps.

    My sons Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, his fries were Texas size and very good. Unfortunately my salad looked quite limp and not fresh anymore. That was quite a bummer. The lady at the next table had a nice fresh salad. My salmon was good, but overall the seafood in Cleveland was disappointing this time. The dessert with apple dumplings was superb.

    This is an excellent venue for a quiet, comfortable dinner. While the vibe is laid back, the drinks and food are as expected - outstanding. We started with expertly crafted cocktails (if you're a bourbon fan, try the Smoky Man). We shared the stuffed pepper as an appetizer - just the right amount of spice. Our fish dishes were expertly prepared. I had the trout -perfectly cooked with crispy fingerling potatoes and brocollini. The menu is a nod to the working man but food is prepared in an upscale way. We did not try dessert. Servers are friendly with just the right amount of attention. The price is similar to other upscale restaurants where folks might dine for a special night out. So if you are searching for comfort with top quality food, give it a try.

    We had a WONDERFUL experience. The ambience is beautiful, everyone was attentive and the service we received was personalized as we were celebrating a birthday and the hostess greeted us, learned our name, discussed the restaurant's history, asked to check our coats, etc. I'm sure it's part of her job but she was so genuinely kind. Our server was Mary and she was phenomenal, really made the birthday girl feel special. We'll definitely return.

    This was my third and last visit. The ambience is romantic and classy; the host staff was energetic and friendly. The server however was not. Her demeanor and attitude were dry and unbothered the 2 times she served my party. The other server on duty acknowledged my partner and I waving at her (we needed knives) but she failed to assist. Even if to say “Sorry I’m too busy” or “Let me get your server for you” would have been more polite than nodding and walking away. She did however acknowledge our presence when we were leaving…. The food was far from spectacular, including the dessert. The drinks were delicious! It was Valentine’s Day and I expected more than we received for the price. My man still tipped appropriately but we agreed there was no need to return.

    Went for valentines for a nice date meal. We were not aware this was the lounge in the lobby of the Ritz. Drinks were overpriced but good. We had 2 rounds through dinner and no wine. The appetizer was good. Ordered the special salad and filet entree. Salad was mushy and salty. Filet had the texture of, and tasted like, top sirloin and was under what I would expect for a steak of this price. Potatoes were great, though. Service had basic restaurant quality attention, when she came around, but sparce because it was a lounge. All in all, we were disappointed in the quality for the price. 350 total price tag was only because it was in the Ritz. Anywhere else and this was an average quality meal and service.
