    Turns & Tales did an outstanding job accommodating our table of 6. Great atmosphere. Awesome soup and sandwiches. One of the cocktails was a bit skimpy on volume but still delicious. Everyone loved the book store and made some purchases. We didn't get around to actually playing a game because we were too busy visiting.

    The atmosphere and food and service was great but I went for Harry Potter trivia and got fantastic beasts instead. Was very disappointed as that is not what I signed up for, that is not what was advertised and I came from Windsor to do so :(

We'd marketed this as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, taking the name from the new site which describes itself as the new official home of Harry Potter & Fantastic Beasts. We'd also had a Harry Potter trivia earlier in the month. We can see how if you hadn't seen that previous trivia that it might be confusing. We'll try to be clearer next time!

    Harry Potter trivia was misleadingly described. Most of the questions were about the Fantasic Beasts which are NOT Harry Potter. Description needs to be clearer.

    I attended the “Learn to read tarot cards” event. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the event leader, however, I was not given a deck of tarot cards. Once I observed that everyone else had a deck, I asked for one. The presenter did not explain the cards and when asked questions about them, was not able to answer some of them. There was no structure to this event; no lesson plan and very little guidance from the young lady running the event. If I had not asked questions, or asked for a demonstration, none of us attending would have learned anything. For future events, I would suggest that the organizer familiarize herself with the cards provided to attendees so that she can explain them and answer questions. I would also suggest that she prepare a presentation or lesson plan for the event. Unfortunately, this event was very poorly planned. The event organizer was not very knowledgeable and relied on her friend who was attending to answer most questions and provide a demonstration when asked.

    Learning Disabilities Association of Chatham-Kent hosted a trivia night at Turns and Tales. The staff were friendly, the signature drink and food were creative, the space was great, the crowd was fun, and the variety of books were good.

    We went for trivia night, and it's one of my favorite things to do in Chatham! Great options for food and drinks (including themed ones based on the trivia topic). The staff are always friendly, and the trivia host is so good at what he does!

    What a fantastic time we had at Turns and Tables! First time there experiencing the cool vibe. Mega amounts of games to choose from! Really enjoyed the cheesecake! Great quality time spent, see you again for sure! Highly recommend!

    Long time social-media follower, first time customer last night. Our team of 6 made the drive from Windsor for the Friends trivia night and we were nit disappointed! Awesome food & atmosphere. Great staff clear across the board. We’ll be back!

    This is a gem for Chatham! We visited over the March Break and were pleased to see this establishment bustling with activity. We started with a visit to the bookstore where the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, followed by a leisurely lunch. The kids enjoyed their grilled cheese specials and board games while the adults shared a delicious charcuterie board. We will be back!

    Fantastic afternoon out with friends. So many game choices from our childhood. The food and service were both wonderful. I loved the large number of gluten-free options. Very responsibly priced for such a cool place to go.

    Such a neat little spot in Chatham-Kent! We enjoy going for trivia nights, hanging out with family or friends playing games or checking out the books and games in the bookstore at the back. The service is great, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

    I absolutely love the atmosphere of Turns and Tales. When brining my children it is nice to be able to pay a flat rate of 5$ and play with them. However, for this event, we participated in the trivia night. I found it was poorly organized, but it has great potential. It was hard to hear the questions and it started an hour late. My coffee was cold by the time I received it. Upon asking friends of mine if this was a fluke, I was told this has happened on previous trivia nights. I would love to keep participating in these fun events, I think time management and organization needs to be addressed. Maybe a limited menu, more staff, cut off time for ordering food or drinks, Maybe a speaker system too? Just ideas. Thank you for bringing this wonderful company to Chatham- Kent.

    It was a great night! I really enjoyed it. A section of discounted books would have been nice for guests with the black stamp. On a side note I had an idea…Hosting bday parties or teen night might be really fun. High schoolers need these special days to have fun things to do geared for them.
