Seated us in the back next to where the staff were eating their dinner. The bartender, who was one of three people servicing our table, along with the host (I think??) who was also waiting on us, were more interested in the garlic knots they were enjoying at the table behind us than how we were doing. Kool guy bartender didn’t even bother to wash his hands after he returned to his station to prepare the next cocktail lol. Food was fine. Atmosphere and service were garbage.

We were sit in the worst table by the bathrooms do the manager said he gives free Tiramisu to anyone who should be put there. I love Carbonara and it was runny with too much pepper. My husband had a delicious meal. The manager was nice but talked way too much when we were eating our meal. I would come again but only for pizza. They should stick to pizza not pasta.

I've lived in the Rainier Beach neighborhood for 30yrs and I really enjoy the diversity of dining in Columbia City. Tutta Bella is a welcome addition and I will continue to frequent the Restaurant. I also really enjoyed the entertainment while dining.

Our neighborhood go-to for our family. We’ve moved past their pizza (always great!) and enjoy the other Italian dishes. Kids love the meatballs, pizza and spaghetti. Full service bar is always pouring perfect drinks. Staff are best of the best.

All was well, except that our waiter was either new at this job, or he was inept. One of our friends ordered the Bruschetta as an appetizer, but it was never brought. Besides this, our entrees arrived before the salads were served. We had to ask the waiter 3 times to bring us some extra water. When we were ready to pay the bill, we told the waiter to remove the Bruschetta from the bill as it was never served. When we got the bill, the Bruschetta was still listed. The waiter seemed not to understand or was confused. He never offered an apology for the mix-up or the poor service. The only explanation we received was that the kitchen staff was busy. The food was delicious, no doubt about that. We have been to Tutta Bella before, but this was the first time we received such poor service. Not that anyone could have done anything about it, but a neighboring table had a large party with some children who were yelling and being very noisy. The parents did nothing to quiet them. In such a small, enclosed space, it just was hard to hear conversation at our table. We will certainly come back to Tutta Bella, but we hope to never have this same waiter. Sorry, he either needs more training or supervision.

5 stars being the best: Roberto pizza flavor - a big 5(!), Tutta Bella pizza flavor - 3, pizza crusts - 3 (center was thin/limp, outer edge was too large and the flavor was uneventful). The Solerno salad - 5, roasted cauliflower - 4-1/2. Service was friendly and effort was very good, but we asked two different people for a water refill and never got it. It was surprisingly noisy for the number of diners, perhaps due to poor design of the space. If "Would you recommend..." listed "maybe" as an option, my answer would be "maybe."

Food was meh. Service was poor (our waitress forgot we hadn’t ordered mains and was surprised to hear we wanted an actual meal, appetizers were literally forgotten about and never delivered, water carafe was left empty for half the meal). It was my first experience and I’ll never return.

Out of towners. Landed here for lunch before heading back to the airport. Crust on the pizzas was fabulous, but the toppings/rest of the pizza was mediocre in my family’s opinion.

The service was abysmal, we ordered garlic knots as a starter, our pizza was brought to us and we hadn’t received the garlic knots yet, our server didn’t apologise, she just shrugged and said that they usually take longer than the pizza, well, you would think that she would wait until they were served to us before putting our pizza orders in. The food was delicious, but unfortunately the service ruined the evening for us.

Great service! My wife doesn’t eat pork so he offered lamb sausage as a substitute on her salad and pizza. Didn’t even know that was a thing. It was delicious. We asked waiter for recommendations and he was really honest. Everything was very good but service was really exceptional.

Everything was great as always. My only gripe was the service after we completed our meal was quite slow. We all sat with our dirty plates in front us of for at least 30 minutes before someone came to the table to take them. Hopefully just a one time thing.

I have been patronizing you for as long as you've been open. The food and service last night was definitely sub par. Servers were pleasant, but service was disorganized. Pizzas took forever and came at different times. Not enough water in water carafes. Pizzas were not as yummy as usual, can't say why, really. I brought family from out of town, and was embarrassed by poor quality. Please get your act together--we want to keep coming.

Easy to make a reservation for 7. One guest with celiac disease was well cared for. Pizza, meatball sandwich, salads. Little delay as out of lasagna that night and needed a replacement.
