   Incredible meals, personal touches, and hospitality that’s hard to find We had both breakfast and dinner at TWH Social, and every part of the experience was exceptional. From the service to the food, this place goes above and beyond. For dinner, our server CARL was incredible—attentive, professional, and effortlessly warm. He even made us custom drinks that weren’t on the menu, just to suit our tastes. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. I ordered the short rib, and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve ever had—tender, rich, and full of flavor. My mom had the burger, and said it was hands-down the best she’s ever eaten: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and better than anything we’ve ordered elsewhere. To top it off, CHEF JOSH AITCHISON came out to speak with us after the meal and surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake with raspberry purée. That personal touch meant the world. Breakfast the next morning was just as lovely. Our server, SURYA, had never made a London Fog before, but she gave it a shot—and it turned out to be the best I’ve ever had. Since they were out of vanilla syrup, she used coconut instead, and it was honestly perfect. TWH Social blends upscale food, warm hospitality, and personal attention in a way that’s incredibly rare. Whether you’re there for a casual morning coffee or a full fine-dining experience, you’ll leave feeling completely taken care of—and already wanting to come back!!!

   Excellent food and service. Variety of high quality drinks, wine and mocktails. A solid go-to when we are in Kitchener.

   TWS was fantastic! From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, the service was off the charts - thanks to Jessica for the very authentic vibe from start to finish! We took her recommendations for food and she didn't steer us wrong! And what a nice touch that the chef was able to come out so we could pass our compliments directly to him! Highly recommend it.    This was the first time at TWH Social and it did not disappoint. Great wine selection. Charcuterie board was delicious. Service was great. Ambience was perfect.

   The dining experience was outstanding. The server was excellent, attentive, extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation of the food, great recommendations, refilled water often, just great service. The food was delicious, well prepared, with lots of perfectly cooked vegetables and meat was cooked to order. The music was easy listening and not too loud. Very nice atmosphere. The drinks are creative and very tasty. I would highly recommend TWH Social Bar and Bistro and will be returning.

    The food was amazing we really enjoyed it👍 Service was very slow we had to wait like 10minutes to get seated and even when we sat down we had to wait longer before even being offered a glass of water and throughout the meal times we felt abandoned by the waiter as compared to other restaurants we have been to. Great food but need to work on their hospitality/service
