Why take a reservation if you cant come close to holding the time? Early to. Wait was about 20 min so not totally terrible. Our server was great but just about in tears due to the overall confusion. Brought our food that was ordered plain. Mayo was all over the chicken sandwich. Wow just not great, will make other plans next time.

We made reservations to eat dinner before the Cheap Trick concert. We got seated immediately, waited maybe 5 minutes for our server, but she took our drink and food orders quickly and recommended the Fish Fry Special. My brother and I both ordered that, it was very good, and so large we probably could have split one dinner! We quickly got our check and had plenty of time to enjoy the casino before the show.

Been here many times when it was DraftKings and the food was always great. Same menu now with the name change but not the same food. Nachos were gross, low quality ingredients. Wait staff and management tried giving us drinks and food that weren’t ours 3 times. Just overall not the same quality it used to be super disappointing

Get rid of the menu you have on show nights. Our first item we ordered with a new chef was wrong and sent back. Items we did get nothing special. We had eaten there 2 weeks ago and it was excellent. But terrible last night sorry

Had two appetizers , the chili and also spinach and artichoke dip. Chili was quite spicy , so beware if you don’t like it that way . Spinach and artichoke dip was pretty good , it had a topping of cheese that was actually quite burnt .. so ask the server to watch for that . We had two entrees , the cheesesteak sandwich and the Buffalo chicken tenders. cheesesteak sandwich bun was kind of soggy . Buffalo Tenders had a bit of a kick to them that made your eyes water before you even got them close to your mouth ! I enjoyed them quite a bit. Food was a bit pricey , but you should expect that . There were obviously sports on the huge TV’s . All in all good food , kind of pricey and a sports backdrop ! Nice !

We waited an extra 15 minutes for our table then another 40 minutes for our food. The wait staff seemed to be short handed as it took quite a while for some drinks and other drinks never were delivered… but we weren’t charged either.

Reservations for 6:15. Waited for 1/2 hour for table. Server took order, brought drinks and never saw her again until she brought the check. Food served at 7:30.. really???? Had to go to the bar for more drinks. I am a regular and treated out of town guests, it was embarrassing!

The Twin Spires Sportsbook at Del Lago is a great place to get a causal meal. The food is good and also is the service. It's somewhat loud in there so it's hard to talk to one another sometimes but the food and service is great.

Since it went from DraftKings to Twin Spires we have definitely seen a change in this restaurant. Reservations are not as good as it used to be. Most people were sitting at tables drinking watching sports vs having food. Tables were moved all over the place. Couldn’t order off the regular menu. Had to use late night. When asked why, was told because there was a show that night. This never happened when it was DraftKings. Also, tables had reserved signs for guest with reservations. Apparently not anymore. You get whatever they can find if you have a reservation. Staff appears to have totally changed also. Miss DraftKings. Not sure if will go back if Twin Spires continues to run as it did yesterday.

We had a party of 10 and when we called they told us to make the reservations online. Went online but claimed that reservations for 10, 6, 5 people was not available however 3 of us could go in and make separate reservations for tables of 4- anyways we get there they seat us near each other and then proceed to tell us that our bill will be all together as a group and gratuity will be automatically added. We had NO choice on this and they weren’t budging so we said if that’s the case, we should be able to all seat together and conveniently they put table’s together for us!! Wow- they could accommodate a party of 10 after all!! The appetizers came out literally as our entrees were coming out. The food was nothing spectacular and we were never asked how it was or if we’d like another drink. Next time we’ll know better and just go to the “to-go” restaurants in the casino!

Went with friends before a show. Ordered draft cider and beer, everyone got something other than ordered, twice. Waitress comped the drinks. Wings are NOT fried, definitely oven baked and TERRIBLE for the $13 price on 6. Wedge salad was amazing.

We visit the Sportsbook every Friday for the Fish Fry. We were seated promptly, order taken and delivered as ordered. Food was fantastic, server was attentive and courteous. Good time!!

Reserved a table to watch TNF- Bills vs. Patriots football game. We were given a choice of standard or hi top table, when we arrived..a nice touch. Our waitress was very efficient and personable. Every table had a wonderful view of the enormous screen and multiple smaller screens. At half time, we wanted to walk around, so our waitress put a reserved sign on our table (another thoughtful gesture). We had a great time.. will return soon and highly recommend!
