I think this would be a 5 star experience, but for the price. I knew what to expect price-wise in advance, but the food and presentation was just at a 4. There was nothing to elevate it to that 5. Service was good, no issues but the restaurant was so echoey it was painful to listen to the server. We have gone to some Omakase places in Massachusetts and NYC and price for presentation and flavor it is still not the best in Massachusetts as that honor, so far, is held by Zuma.

We did the entire experience with the 18 course meal and the add on specials. Everything was great and unique. Especially the duck breast! That was unexpected and it was my favorite dish!

overall very good, my only suggestion is that fish temperature should be lower/ colder instead of room temperature

Best omakase in Boston!! Our go to place for special occasions. Gary and his team always present the best seasonal ingredients in such innovative ways. We love sitting at the counter and watching the dishes being prepared meticulously right in front of us. They even showcase the whole fish! Everything is so delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The sake pairing was excellent. Top notch food, service and ambience. We can’t wait to go back soon!

Amazing food and experience. Each course is unique in its own way and tells its own story but all the courses harmonize beautifully. We were also really excited to try unique types of fish and seafood that we’ve never had before. All delicious.
