This was my first time at Una and definitely not my last! I enjoyed a Meatball Monday deal which was delicious and great value. Bailey was really friendly and helpful at suggesting different wine options to me. I’ll be back!

Make a reservation. It is easy and guarantees you can eat here; because you need to. And you don’t want to try to walk-in and be turned away because they are too busy … and they likely will be. The food is excellent with great flavours and quality finishing touches. And try the veggie dishes because they taste amazing.

We had the beef carpaccio for an appetizer and were very disappointed. It was sliced very thick for carpaccio which made it chewy and they didn’t include bread or something to go with it. The pizza was good overall.

Came at the wrong time, short staffed and seemed stressed and irritable. But our actual server remembered us and warned us that our favorite menu item had changed! Love that about Una, happened the last 3 times I was in!

All locations are top notch with excellent food and service. Banff is definitely on par or better than Calgary. Food is very tasty, comes out hot and in a timely manner. Servers were easy to talk to , warm and helpful with respect to understanding the menu. Great meal.

The caprese salad was fantastic as usual. The pepperoni pizza was a little boring in that it was only pepperoni and nothing else. Would have been nice to see something else on it.

We returned, THE NEXT DAY, before we left Banff, to have a couple more delicious items on the menu!! Pizza was 5 stars and all other items we had: ancini, pork meatballs, ricotta dip. And the service was great!!

Good food, however they sat us at the table next to the washroom even after having a reservation, and many tables near the front of the restaurant sitting open during our visit. Asked to moved but apparently the empty tables were for other reservations…

Service was lovely and the food was tasteful. The portions are also great especially if you’re eating with a group. We ordered the mushroom pizza and broccoli and were stuffed. So much flavour and could taste the freshness.
