Was disappointed that popover wasn't available, they had no decaf coffee, and had to remind waitstaff a few times about the extras that come with the $18.00 bloody mary drink. Cookies didnt seem as good as the past, especially the nutella one that almost zero nutella in it.

We went for brunch-our group ordered several dishes that featured their in-house smoked Brisket. It was tough, with way too much fat. Inedible. The server mixed up our orders and brought one dish in place of one that was ordered. We were in a hurry and could not wait for a replacement. Worst restaurant brunch ever.

We have gone to Uncle Jack’s Meat House several times over the years, and always have had terrific food. This Mother’s Day the food was good but not quite as good as previous visits. I was also extremely disappointed that they seated us outside on a hot and muggy day with no A/C or breeze. We were the first seating of the day, so we should have been able to get indoor dining. When we left, we noticed half the indoor dining room was empty with plenty of tables we could have been given. Our server was very attentive and kept refilling our waters and clearing the table as needed.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Server showed up within 5 minutes from being sit at the table and our drinks came 5 minutes after (as it should be!!). Food was great. We did not have any main course dishes, just a bunch of different appetizers (pretty much all of them).

Our reservation table was given to someone else. One of the hamburgers was very rare and wasn't eaten. Way too much walnuts on the salted caramel ice cream. The server was AWESOME!! We were celebrating a birthday and Princess made it fun!

This place is a great spot if you’re looking for quality American entrees! My husband and I started off with the biscuit and bacon with peanut butter which was AMAZING! We split the steak sandwich and the brisket sandwich which was the Tuesday special. They were both high quality picks. The seasoned fries were also very tasty. Loved the decor and the indoor/outdoor patio with the the fire pit! We will definitely be back!

Lynett (sp?) the manager and Percy the server were top notch. Very attentive and super accommodating. Party of 7 everything was delicious served as ordered! We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. Can’t wait to go back!

High prices. Bad food. Bad seating. Went here for a datenight with my wife. I'm sure glad it wasn't a celebration of something. Despite being the only one's with reservations at 7 p.m. on a Wednesday evening, we had the worst table in the restaurant next to the kitchen. They obviously made no effort to hold a good table for us. Food was a real disappointment as well. I ordered a center cut filet mignon and stressed to the waitress I wanted it cooked medium and not medium rare. Received it bloody. Had to send it back and it did not return to me until my meal was mostly finished. I ate a wedge of onion which was pinned to the top of my steak and appeared cooked, but which was actually raw. I complained to the waitress but she said I wasn't supposed to eat it as it was only a decoration. A restaurant should never put food on a plate you are not supposed to eat. I also had the baby beet salad. I have had the same salad in Uncle Jack's before, but this time it was bad. It appeared to have beem made a day or two beforehand. The balsamic dressing was congealed on the plate and the supposed goat cheese was actually a piped on paste which appeared as four little globs rather than being something crumbled on the salad. My wife ordered the salmon with rice because she does not eat meat, but it came with pieces of smoked pork which she had to pick out. The pork addition was not listed on the menu. The only food that I enjoyed was my black beer and the macaroni and cheese. We drove through traffic to get there and I guess that is why we stayed, but we should have left and eaten at the pizza place next door as soon as we were seated next to the kitchen. I kick myself for that now but the most I can do is leave this accurate review to warn others.

Our server was great, but they appeared to be short staffed. The Pressed Cuban tasted like a pulled pork sandwich, not a Cuban sandwich. It was our first time there. Not as good as I’d as I expected.

Our server Vivi was amazing! Very attentive and patient with our multi-generational group. She didn’t rush our party of 8 that were celebrating my 16 year old’s birthday. My father was unhappy with his ribeye - said it had too much gristle - the manager gave us a discount. Would definitely recommend the bacon appetizer! Overall an enjoyable experience.

Meat is the operative word here. Lots of beef options, including dry-aged. The burgers are enormous. Fried chicken sandwich looked and smelled great, but I didn't have room to try any.

The food was very mid. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad it was really ok. The service was good. Our waiter made sure we had a good night. We both ordered steaks Medium, hers came back medium mine came back well done. Asked for them to refire it and this time it was medium rare. All in all the experience was MID

This was my favorite go-to restaurant until last night. I have told so many people about it, but last night's visit may be my last. We ordered bacon, fried mozzarella, a burger, an eight ounce filet, and the corngasim. The bacon was dry, the fried mozzarella tasted like it was frozen and warmed up in a microwave, the burger was fine, the steak was almost too salty, and the corngasim was so salty it was inedible. Our waiter politely took the corngasim off our ticket, which we appreciated. The food was sorely disappointing! We may give it one more try, but if it is bad, that'll be our last visit.

I’ve been going to Jack’s for years and the bourbon and bacon were excellent as always! It’s hard to imagine a place in Gwinnett county that has high end food and great service!
