We enjoy sitting at the bar. Nice atmosphere and great service. Lyric is one of our favorite bartenders. Always greets us by name and makes great suggestions. Ask her to make you a mezcal sour!

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Things have gone downhill quite a bit. Went yesterday for Mother's Day. My wife (mother), ordered a New York Strip. A filet came to the table and we knew it wasn't a strip immediately. Told the waitress and she said we would have to wait on a new steak and if she ate the filet we would have to pay for it. Then, as we waited another 10-15 minutes, they returned with what appeared to be another end cut strip/ribeye cut that was not very good. Very disappointed in how they handled this. Hope they can figure out how to clean things up. By the way, they were not very busy, which is also not a good sign.

Went there for Mothers Day. Didn't find out until we got there it was Buffet only. The Buffet was $65 each. It included overcooked lobster, shrimp, and prime rib. Then some basic breakfast stuff. That should have been disclosed prior to the reservation. But we stayed and it was OK. Then the bill arrives and they added 25% tip and fees. Three people, 5 beer and it was $286. That is the second time I have been there and it's just overpriced for what you get. Never again.

I brought in customers and company support staff for a business dinner. We had ten folks in our party. Food, drinks, and ambiance were all terrific. Service for such a large party was initially handled by a young man that seemed new to his job and not experienced at handling such a large party. Later during the meal another server started assisting. With such a large party and a $75 per person tab (tip included) I would have thought this restaurant would have assigned one of their more experienced and efficient servers to handle us.

Server was excellent, food was very yummy - I had the beef stroganoff and it homemade noodles, shredded beef, mushrooms and the sauce was light and flavorful. Husband had the choice NY strip, served as he requested - medium rare, tender. He also had the brussel sprout side - he and one of guests shared and they ate them all.

It was my husbands birthday so they had a nice little placard wishing him. That was sweet. Our cocktails were very good. The charred octopus was good but the hummus bed dried it out and took away its flavor. You need something very light with the octopus. That was my only comment. The Jack Pot was delicious and then they served us brownie with ice cream. yummy

Uncle Jack's Steakhouse is an absolute gem! From the lamb chops and peachtree salad to the 35 day aged bone in rib-eye, every dish was cooked to perfection. Cody went above and beyond in offering me a choice of steak and cooking preference, while Nylia's cocktails were out of this world. Lora was an outstanding server, with impeccable knowledge and a warm personality. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable dining experience!

Had a great experience. Our waiter Ryan was the man!! Everything he recommended was amazing! We are definitely going back. We had the lamb chops, popovers, wedge salad, steaks and the Brussels sprouts were Amazing. It’s a must try.

I ordered the wagyu steak at $125 dollars. The steak was low quality and was overcooked for my ordered temperature. Uncle Jacks used to be one of our favorite restaurants, unfortunately the quality is gone.

Service was very good-though they automatically added the tip for a party of 4. Got the burger special was very average compared to prior years. $5 for a small side of fries seems too high plus the 3.5% service charge if you use a credit card.

Food is outstanding! They warned us about having a large party, was well over an hour from when order placed until arrival at the table. Also, they were out of some things we ordered and server would advise us 10 minutes later., then 10 minutes later again! Still, the food is so good, we know we will return!

First, the service was fine . But the food wasn’t. We came for lunch at 11:30 on a Saturday. It was empty except one table. We both wondered why now I know. We ordered the cheese wedges with sauce for appetizer. You only get “2” for $11.00!!! Then I ordered a Caesar salad which was $12, ok but the bring it out as whole leaves??? Next to the steaks, which we both ordered for $44 each. I’ve had better at Outback and Longhorns . It was my sons birthday, he choose to come here, been here before. The steaks were burnt on the outside, his was not cooked as ordered, mine so-so. He said not to say anything. As tie the sides, the Brussel sprouts were a joke, it was hardly any mostly the other stuff. I spent $135 dollars for a very poor tasting birthday lunch for my son. Plus I put on reservation it was his birthday, but nothing done. I’ll not come back, a complete waste of my money!!!

Tried different items on the menu tonight. My husband enjoyed the lamb chops with a salad and I had pork belly and the seafood pot with it’s amazing lemongrass coconut broth. Typically I go fir the ribeye, which is always perfectly cooked, but decided to shake things up with seafood. Love this place… a ‘go to’ easy favorite.

It's was great, our server was really nice and patient. Very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Then i guess it was a suoerviour ,i believe her name was Christine she came to thank us for dining. Me and my cousin went there for brunch and it's very nice we both had the chicken and waffle with slices of bacon. Its tasted really good. Then she had dessert the chocolate like brownee with the vanilla ice cream on top. It was so rich tasting. Was really satisfied. Definitely recommend going there.

Interesting menu options, and good cocktails. My steak was Luke warm, and needed salt. So a bit of a disappointment. But a nice atmosphere for a casual date night.

I always love coming to this place. The food is always delicious no matter what I order. The service is always excellent. And the atmosphere is very inviting. I would recommend this spot over and over again.

Paying with a credit card resulted in a $6.71 surcharge added to my bill, making our 6 entrees each cost around $1.12 more than the menu price. If I was informed of this business practice on the menu, I missed it. The food was good but took a very long time to prepare it took an hour and a half for a lunch where we only ordered hamburger and steak sandwiches. My steak sandwich was not as good as the last two times. Waitress was very inattentive. It wasn’t the same good experience we had the first two times we ate here.

First time at this Uncle Jack’s, we usually go to Sugarloaf. The steak were cooked the way we asked but they were very tough. Both were supposed to be prime, but I question if they were based on their quality. The manager asked us if everything was ok and we mentioned the steaks to her. She said she would adjust our bill but never did. We likely won’t go back.

This restaurant gives mixed messages. While the food is great and service is good, the ambiance gives me Applebees vibes. The prices are comparable to top tier steakhouses in the area (Pampas, Stoney River) but those restaurants are much more classy and the dining experience is elegant. For what you pay here, why not seek out the other top tier restaurants. Enjoyed dinner, but likely will not go again unless their prices change or if they have a fairly priced lunch menu.
