With an evolving, seasonal and whimsical approach, our passion is what drives us every day. We strive to push the limits, and for our team, it is just what we love to do. We cook from scratch because that is just the way it should be. We love to challenge the way we all think about dining out.

We believe that there is no reason to put yourself in a box when going out with friends, so we do not do that here. Whether it is a night out with friends, an intimate dinner for two, or just something extraordinary, We are not afraid to take the familiar and turn it into something memorable.     Best meal I’ve had in years! We had the chefs tasting menu and wine and cocktail pairings to celebrate our anniversary. Just an incredible experience all around. Food was indescribably good. Mike, our attentive bar tender, was whipping up masterful cocktails while exuding such a positive vibe. We felt welcomed and happy the whole time. 10/10!

    Undefined is a King William neighbourhood gem that consistently delivers excellence in its menu options, creative cocktails and outstanding service. Wait staff/bartender, Mike, goes above and beyond to make your dining experience exceptional. This was my fourth visit to Undefined and most definitely not my last. If you have not tried Undefined, move it to the top of your list … you will not be disappointed. Hamilton has become known for its eclectic food scene and Undefined is one of its leaders. Bon appetite!

    Fantastic restaurant represents one of the best of the unique, growing, and high quality Hamilton food scene. Boar dumplings, miso cod and any cocktail that landed on our table were hands down highlights. Thanks folks.

    Absolutely love this place! The food is amazing - honestly we have never had anything we didn’t like and their menu is always unique and delicious. Staff are also very friendly and make each visit memorable! Our go to place for special occasions.

    Had a great meal as always. Service is very attentive, however they forgot about an allergy and had to rectify - which was done immediately and without additional prompting. A great time and looking forward to going back!
