   I’ve been here before for a staff Christmas party and decided I needed to come back with some friends to try it again while sober. Came on st Patrick’s day and it was definitely busy/energetic. The nostalgic pinball machines, bubble table top hockey, punching machine were cool. Having a ping pong table was great as well with a live performer kept things lively. The food was what you’d expect. Nothing any food connoisseur would be raving about. You’re really here to have enjoyable food, a great atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. One drawback is the parking sucks. It’s located at the back of the building and entrance is at the front. At first it looks like it’s not busy. But the parking lot full suggests otherwise.

   Our server was great and our food came out hot and delicious. The other half of our party waited over 20 minutes for theirs and we all ordered at the same time. Server was great and made it right.

   Underdogs bbq saucy wings enjoyed by all and great value especially Tuesday and Thursday happy hour! Have also really enjoyed the specialty salad and Caesars are nicely garnished with great flavour. Great service!

   waitstaff was friendly and made good recommendations. Food was very good, we had wings, chicken and burgers and all were very tasty and good value. Area we were seated in had lots of TVs to watch hockey game and noise level was acceptable for open concept dining with sports on TV. We'll be back.

   Food was excellent. Servers were doing their best. Sitting us was prompt, drink orders were taken and served promptly, food orders and service was prompt. Didn't see the waitress after we got the food. No drink refills. I feel like they were just too busy for the amount of staff they had on. Very pleasant wait staff.

    All seven of us retired “gentlemen”, who choose a different restaurant every month, raved about our different choices on the menu… from the ched burger to the Rueben sandwich, to Underdog’s deluxe fries, to Lambo salad with chicken … including the soup of the day. Our server Brianna was friendly and very efficient. We all said “we’ll be back!”

    Made reservation on line. Arrived on time and seated right away. Restaurant was not busy or crowded at all. Food itself was very good and it was good portions. However, our meals were reversed on the sides. Service from waitress was lacking. Especially considering that the restaurant was not busy at all. We will be back though!

    We arrived a few minutes early for our 6:30 reservation, we’re seated right away and within a few minutes saw our server for the first time. We ordered refreshments, had them within 5 minutes, and was the last time we saw our server for approximately 30 minutes. Another employee came to check on us to ask what food we’d ordered, 20 minutes later the food arrived at our table. When the bill was paid at 7:55pm, saw we’d received a small $7 discount for the trouble, but not worth the aggravation, especially since all we had were burgers.

    Service was extremely slow. We were notified that most of the staff on shift were new. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks, and about 70 minutes to get food. The food was good, but the sampler platter was not at all $30 worth of food. It barely was enough to feed one person.

    We had a big booth by the windows. It was relatively quiet but the size of the table made it hard to reach condiments etc, It would have been good if the server removed all menus after we ordered. the table was cluttered. The food was excellent. nice to see some diverse items on the menu!

    $5.99 Zamboni Tuesday was great! The Birria tacos were a bit pricey for it being just 3 tacos, but the taste and quality was there for the price. The atmosphere and ambience was great. The noise level was quiet with only a few people. But, once it got busier, you could tell there weren’t any acoustic dampeners in the place. However, it wasn’t too loud that we had to shout to hear each other at our table. Overall, it’s a great place to hangout and meet up with friends!

    Amazing 1st time experience! My review is based off a busy night for UFC fights so the noise level was a little louder & service was slightly slower but didn’t impact us having a great time :)

    Service , though very friendly was extremely slow - given the restaurants are currently at 50% capacity i was very unsure why we had to wait 15 minutes after ordering 1 drink. we reviewed the website prior to coming and decided it would be fun as they have the games also - no warning anywhere about the games being unavailable untill we arrived and asked., very poor experience.

    Wonderful new years eve dinner. Service was prompt and well timed. Food was super quick. HOT. And fresh. The yam fries were fabulous. Really good meal paired with some great local beers.

    Out of 3 of the 4 items we tried to order. Lady that served us seemed annoyed and definitely not friendly. Set the tone for the entire evening. We were definitely an annoyance to her that we were there. We were celebrating 2 bdays and I wish we could go back and book elsewhere.

    Overall, was great. A little disappointed that 2 menu items we went there for were unavailable but wasn't gonna ruin our night! Great stop to watch our teams play and have a bite before heading out to Boo at the Zoo!

    Great dinner at UD before the Jets game. We shared a burger and a hand held. The Randy Savage burger was very good. The Walking in Memphis was the star! A great twist on chicken and waffles. Waffles as a bun, delicious deep fried chicken and a honey sriracha. Absolutely amazing! Also the best yam fries we’ve ever had. Outstanding service and a fun place. Great experience!
