   The food came really slow. We were warned when we got there that that would be the case. We played some games while we waited or watched tv. I also felt the food was a notch below their high standard when I've been in before. I am also battling shingles so it maybe just me. I'll be going back though. Every other time I've been it has been excellent.

   We showed up for our 530 reservation there were about 3-4 other tables. Ordered around 540. Never received our meal despite asking for updates. Ended up telling the waitress to cancel our meal at 7;00 as we had a concert to get to at 730. We waited an hour and a half for nothing. They made the excuse that they were swamped with take out orders. Well eating inside the restaurant should take precidence over take out orders. We ended up rushing to the concert and having to pay for over priced arena hot dogs. We will NOT be back.

   Good food and drink. Kitchen made skip orders before guest orders so we waited one hour for our very basic order or a burger and fries. Server was great.

   Was greeted immediately & sat based on my reservation. Server came around at the right times to take our orders & back around in good time to check on us. Music wasn’t loud & wasn’t very busy at the time so other patrons weren’t overly loud either! Didn’t get the chance to play the games this time around… next time!!

   We went to celebrate my mom's birthday, and my mom was wearing a birthday pin and a birthday headband. The server once did not acknowledge the birthday even after in the reservation, it had a question to select what the occasion is for. I was rather disappointed between this and no free dessert or anything. Our server was okay not overly friendly and the food was not as good as it usually was.

    The noise level was excessive, we had to yell to talk to each other. The Cajun burger and the crispy Buffalo chicken burger were both quite bland.

    Food was good. Chairs are high pub style and are higher than the benches so the folks who sit in the chairs look down on the folks sitting on the bench. Not a big deal just kind of awkward. Not sure about parking? We parked on street which is limited. Not sure if the parking lot is for the Church or for the restaurant? Should have better signs. Overall staff were friendly and booking through OpenTable was very easy!

    I’ve been here before for a staff Christmas party and decided I needed to come back with some friends to try it again while sober. Came on st Patrick’s day and it was definitely busy/energetic. The nostalgic pinball machines, bubble table top hockey, punching machine were cool. Having a ping pong table was great as well with a live performer kept things lively. The food was what you’d expect. Nothing any food connoisseur would be raving about. You’re really here to have enjoyable food, a great atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. One drawback is the parking sucks. It’s located at the back of the building and entrance is at the front. At first it looks like it’s not busy. But the parking lot full suggests otherwise.

    Our server was great and our food came out hot and delicious. The other half of our party waited over 20 minutes for theirs and we all ordered at the same time. Server was great and made it right.

    Underdogs bbq saucy wings enjoyed by all and great value especially Tuesday and Thursday happy hour! Have also really enjoyed the specialty salad and Caesars are nicely garnished with great flavour. Great service!

    waitstaff was friendly and made good recommendations. Food was very good, we had wings, chicken and burgers and all were very tasty and good value. Area we were seated in had lots of TVs to watch hockey game and noise level was acceptable for open concept dining with sports on TV. We'll be back.

    Food was excellent. Servers were doing their best. Sitting us was prompt, drink orders were taken and served promptly, food orders and service was prompt. Didn't see the waitress after we got the food. No drink refills. I feel like they were just too busy for the amount of staff they had on. Very pleasant wait staff.

    All seven of us retired “gentlemen”, who choose a different restaurant every month, raved about our different choices on the menu… from the ched burger to the Rueben sandwich, to Underdog’s deluxe fries, to Lambo salad with chicken … including the soup of the day. Our server Brianna was friendly and very efficient. We all said “we’ll be back!”

    Made reservation on line. Arrived on time and seated right away. Restaurant was not busy or crowded at all. Food itself was very good and it was good portions. However, our meals were reversed on the sides. Service from waitress was lacking. Especially considering that the restaurant was not busy at all. We will be back though!

    We arrived a few minutes early for our 6:30 reservation, we’re seated right away and within a few minutes saw our server for the first time. We ordered refreshments, had them within 5 minutes, and was the last time we saw our server for approximately 30 minutes. Another employee came to check on us to ask what food we’d ordered, 20 minutes later the food arrived at our table. When the bill was paid at 7:55pm, saw we’d received a small $7 discount for the trouble, but not worth the aggravation, especially since all we had were burgers.

    Service was extremely slow. We were notified that most of the staff on shift were new. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks, and about 70 minutes to get food. The food was good, but the sampler platter was not at all $30 worth of food. It barely was enough to feed one person.

    We had a big booth by the windows. It was relatively quiet but the size of the table made it hard to reach condiments etc, It would have been good if the server removed all menus after we ordered. the table was cluttered. The food was excellent. nice to see some diverse items on the menu!

    $5.99 Zamboni Tuesday was great! The Birria tacos were a bit pricey for it being just 3 tacos, but the taste and quality was there for the price. The atmosphere and ambience was great. The noise level was quiet with only a few people. But, once it got busier, you could tell there weren’t any acoustic dampeners in the place. However, it wasn’t too loud that we had to shout to hear each other at our table. Overall, it’s a great place to hangout and meet up with friends!
