UNTITLED Champagne Lounge
For those who prefer their drink on the rocks or two fingers high, UNTITLED has something special just for you: Artisanal Champagne-based cocktails. Using progressive techniques and carefully curated spirits, we’ve created a new beast that will rival even the tastiest old-fashioned.
While drinks are our focus, there’s something to be said for properly paired accompaniments. Our food menu accentuates the bubbly experience with bites as elegant as the champagnes, and perfectly matched. The Champagne world is your oyster. (And you can order those too.)
Welcome to our swanky hideaway. Lose yourself in our world of refinement
Everything about this place was great, but what really made our night was the service - they served an experience! Will definitely go again.
First time at Untitled and we all loved it! Service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Food was good and so were the drinks. Downside would be the noise level, it was very very loud, so loud that we couldn't chat much and the stools are uncomfortable. A wonderful evening overall and we'd go back there again!
Awesome place if they are fully staffed. Took well over an hour for some of our small plates, and one plate we didn’t receive. The server was good, and did take care of the small plates for us.
Great time! No pretentious servers. Cosy spot to enjoy some champagne/ sparkling wine with friends.
Amazing! Will definitely be back!
Great Vibe. Not a place I’d go for dinner, but great app sizing and creative cocktails. Love the decor and seating. Service is top notch. You are never left with an empty glass.
Our server was AMAZING. such a wonderful night! She was already to serve and on top of things.
DJ played great soul, funk and boogie. Didn’t have any food but drinks were solid, not impressive but not disappointed. I’d go back again.
Our waitress was amazing! She knew everything about Prosecco and champagne. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I loved it!
Great atmosphere, our waitress was very knowledgeable in their drink menu. She recommended a few cocktails that fit what our taste buds needed and they tasted great!! A wonderful place to get dressed up and enjoy the drinks and converse in conversation. And of course share a bottle of Champagne!
Fantastic place. Sort of hidden along Stephen Ave, but that is a part of its charm. A place for drinks more so than food. Excellent champagne selection (obvsly). Our waitress was amazing and so knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend.
We came to UNTITLED for a friend’s bachelorette night out! The setting was beautiful and the drinks were excellent. Perfect for a prohibition-styled bachelorette!
Wonderful time, wonderful drinks, great attentive management and staff. Will be back!:)
We had a great time celebrating “Girls’ Night” here. The server was very attentive and the food and drinks were great. I recommend having something to eat before heading over as their dishes are appetizer-like as opposed to a full meal. I would definitely go back!
Honestly amazing. Host was amazing, would come back just for the host.
This hidden gem was a very pleasant surprise! The ability to make a reservation is ideal, especially on a weekend evening. Their beverages were limited to Champagne and Cocktails, but everything was delicious. We opted for a champagne flight, and were provided with 5-different champagnes along with a detailed description of the beverage. Thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will return!
What a wonderful hidden little gem in Calgary!
Service is outstanding, great choice of unique cocktails, everyone is so attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
LOVE this spot.
Unique blends of flavours in their "engineered cocktails" . Incredible presentation of beverages. The tipsy tea is straight out of a science lab.
They have 3 pages of champagne, many of which can be ordered by the ounce.
The chairs are low (like sitting on log stumps around a fire), unless you get into a comfy couch (or sit at the bar).
On a Saturday, it's loud. It's difficult to have a group conversation. If it's less busy, this is not an issue.
DJ was awesome.
Overall, excellent restaurant, amazing ambiance, I will be back!
Booked a table a week in advance and when we got there they proceeded to sit us at the bar!!! 😡
They said they had a party of 18 and another one of 16 and they obviously thought they’d make more money with them!!!
They were not apologetic at all and we turned and walked out...will never recommend them to anyone and I’ll make sure to tell any and all what horrible service they provide.
The cocktails are to die for and the flights of champagne and other bubbles was a great way to compare and contrast drinks. The prices were on the higher end but reasonable for what you get. Service was a bit slow by the end of the our night (Saturday at 9:30). I want to go back to try more cocktails!
Always a great place!
If you love champagne, try this place. Waiters were vert knowledable, impressive memory on the wines and their characteristics. Try the steamed buns, incredible! And the white champagne jelly on the cheese board was sulriding and addictive.
Untitled has been on our list of “must-trys” for some time, so we headed there on a Friday night to have a few drinks for my birthday. Full disclosure: we are know our cocktails and only a handful of Calgary bars exceed what my mixologist boyfriend can create at home, so we intended to like the drinks well enough but not be wowed by them. But we were pleasantly impressed by the cocktail offerings, as well as by the impeccable and knowledgeable service of our hostess and the mixologist. Every drink we tried was interesting and creative, and superbly balanced. We fully intend to go back and try the rest of the drink menu, as there was only one or two that didn’t appeal to our tastes (and the staff fully disclosed that we probably wouldn’t care to order them as we dislike heavy scotch notes). The small plates were tasty but the focus is definitely on the libations, so I recommend heading here after a full dinner elsewhere. All in all it was a great experience, thanks so much to Untitled for a great birthday!
Beautiful space to lounge drink fancy cocktails and try small bites. Champagne tastings were crazy expensive in my opinion - $27-40 for 5 x 1 oz = 1 drink!
Amazing service - the waitress and bartender both spent lots of time making sure the experience was personal and special.
This is a great place for cocktails and small bites. The service is great, and the cocktail selection is wonderful. I will definitely go back!
I will not be returning to Untitled. We made a reservation and had to wait 30 min before our server even greeted us, and the place had literally 10 people in it. She then brought us the wrong bottle of champagne and was very rude when we told her. She then openly complained about our table to another waitress. At that point I decided to talk to management as it made us feel very uncomfortable and downright disrespected. The manager did not even stand up from the bar stool to acknowledge our concern for poor service. And he did not follow up with us. We basically had to down our 165$ bottle of Moet just to get out of there. I do not see this place being successful with the staff they have currently.
We loved our experience at Untitled! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the cocktail and champagne offerings. The live music was fantastic but quiet enough that we could still have a conversation. we had an incredible time and we'll definitely come back.
Extremely slow service. If your going to do flights of any drink, can o suggest you bring them all together so people can actually compare the drink choices.
such a great ambiance, amazing service and delicious drinks. my only complaint is the high tables and stools are extremely uncomfortable
The cocktails are amazing and perfectly crafted. The atmosphere is as though you just walked into the 1960's. Our server would explain what went into the drink every time she brought it over. Very nice place to go for a few cocktails.
Amazing like always and the new staff killed it!
The hostess that evening was an incredibly nice girl
Absolutely outstanding! Came on Thursday which I didn't realize is their regular Jazz Night, the performers are extremely talented performing both classically jazz songs along with contemporary top 40 songs in the style of jazz. Ambiance with this beautiful prohibition style decor of a classic hidden turn of the century cocktail bar. Obviously they excel in the sparkling and Champagne but Nate behind the bar creates some really awesome cocktail. Absolutely adored Angela, she is such a nice waitress and extremely knowledgeable.
Very classy - feels like you’ve stepped into a different era. Friendly service and good drinks. Could have a more accommodating food menu but still tasty nonetheless. I appreciate the gender neutral washrooms!
The music could have been better, it was generic and didn’t fit the overall mood of the bar. Our server was excellent she was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive even when it got busy. The drinks were excellent, we didn’t have any food as the menu was limited and didn’t have anything we fancied. A few sweeter options that pair well with champagne would have been nice such as fruit or light macaroons.
The Cocktails were delicious and the setting and decor was cool, though if you have more than two people in your party, someone will have to sit on an uncomfortable stool instead of the cushy couches. But we came to enjoy the drinks and the food and never even got offered food or a second round of drinks. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated right next to the only other party in the bar. We were brought one round of drinks and then no one came back to our table for an hour to get us more cocktails or offer us anything from the delicious looking menu. After an hour we went and found the hostess to get our bill and then went for food and further drinks somewhere else. It was a disappointment as we were there for my wife's birthday and had been looking forward to it but we will probably try it again, just won't count on eating.
We were on a double date with friends, we ordered three appetizers. Two of those appetizers were the wontons and gyoza, which came in three pieces. Three wontons, three gyoza. They not only seemed a bit overpriced (delicious, but overpriced), but we were four people. I’ve been to other restaurants where we were warned when ordering that there was an odd number of pieces for the number of guests and the server asks if we want to add an extra, which is very helpful. I would suggest your servers do the same. I genuinely would not have suspected that a $15 wonton appy would’ve only contained three wontons. When we saw that there were only three pieces when it arrived, it was disappointing, and the value just didn’t seem worth it to order more food and spend the remainder of the evening here so we moved on.
