   I have dined at URBAN a few times where I found the noise level to be uncomfortably loud for hearing conversations at my own table, but yesterday was lovely. We sat right inside the door....you have to walk through this seating area to get to the hostess stand.

   Went out to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated promptly at a cute table by the window with a small vase of fresh flowers. Nice touch. The server was able to answer all our questions about the menu and the food was served in a fair amount of time. Highly recommend the hummus as a starter; they provide so many dipping options. The quinoa bowl was fantastic as well. Such an array of flavors. Intimate seating area indoors and reasonably priced menu. This is one of our favorite date night spots!

   Our latest visit was Mother's Day. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, there was a line, so I was expecting to wait, even with the reservation. When we got to the front of the line, we were seated immediately. My wife had Eggs Benedict and the eggs were perfectly poached. I had a wonderful order migas. We've never had a bad experience here. It's a Round Rock gem!

   Specifically made requests to not have eggs or tomatoes on two of the seven dishes we ordered. They came out with them on it anyways. Addressed it with the wait staff and they just said “sorry” and didn’t bothered to offer to make it correctly… Enjoyed the live music but the volume of The speakers was WAY too high. You couldn’t hear the person next to you talking…

    Stay away from the trout. No flavor and plate size is quite small for the price. The chicken fried chicken was good.

    Friendly staff, but a little inattentive to details; lacking plates for appetizers, replacing utensils and plates, wrong entree prepared, substituted vegetables without mention etc. Still, everything was politely addressed; and without asking or mention, the entree in error comped. We enjoyed our evening. The food quality and friendly service will have us return and recommend Urban to others.

    Upon arriving, we were told that the kitchen would be closing shortly despite the fact that we had a reservation that we were actually early for. Even though we were rushed to order, the food was good and the staff was friendly and made efforts to be accommodating.

    Food was pretty good, we had the filet and the ribeye. The filet was cooked a perfect MR, the ribeye was supposed to be medium but had no pink at all. Was still flavorful, just a bit over cooked. The server was very nice and pleasant, but noticed staff wearing jogging pants and hoodies, felt like the price tag and the overall look of the venue would call for a bit more in thermos of dress code. The live music tue 4/24, was nice and the performer very friendly. We will return

    Both my fiancé and I had cocktails which were both good he had a bourbon cocktail that barely tasted like bourbon and I had a Prosecco based cocktail which was also great. My hot honey chicken sandwich was divine and the truffle fries were perfect. Hunter said his chicken fried steak was alright

    We got there 25 mim. early and they sat us right away. Server was right there helping with drink order. Drinks came quickly and food order was taken. Appetizers and food came quickly and hot. Food was perfect. Highly recommend Bacon and Brussels bites. Entertainment was fun and interactive. We were able to relax and enjoy dinner with dessert. We love scan and pay so there is no missing the credit card. Great evening...

    Not sure we will be back. Server was not trained. Disappeared. Hard to get drinks and water refills. Chicken was over cooked. Orders wrong. Example no chicken when added to entree. Tacos instead of mahi plate. Id avoid until they get their act together.

    There were 4 of us out of towners dining here on a recommendation of a local lady. We were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. 1) nice seating 2) good service 3) happy hour discount 4) varied menu with reasonably priced entrees 5) live music with great oldies and not too loud so that we could carry on a conversation

    Our waiter was excellent. We felt that the size of the portions were small for the price. Two of our party had to send their steaks back because they were over cooked. The music was very loud out on the patio, although it was enjoyable, it was difficult to visit.

    All the food was horrible. Brussels were barely cooked, steak was cold, not as described, no peppercorn sauce, just horrible and didn’t eat. Salmon was also cold and appeared to have been under a warmer and dried out. Cute place but we won’t ever return. $100 for a terrible meal. Entertainment was good though.

    Atmosphere and food was pretty good. English muffins for the eggs benedict where kinda small and hard to cut with butter knife. I would have asked for a better knife but our waiter was absent for most of the time and I was too hungry. It took a long time to get our coffee too. Other than that, it was a decent spot for Sunday brunch.

    Overall it was great! We have dined there many times and they did not disappoint. Food was great and wait staff service was great. It’s a really lovely place for brunch as well as lunch, And dinner. I took off 1 star on service because when we arrived, they did not have our reservation that we made on OpenTable. I showed them my confirmation. But the hostess still seemed to think it was our fault that the reservation did not appear on her side and didn’t seem to believe me even though I showed her the confirmation on my phone. I wasn’t sure they were going to seat us at all. Luckily, another more senior co-worker appeared, heard the situation and sat us at a great table. It was a very busy day so we really appreciated it!! It was likely a technology issue between open table and the restaurant, so it was not her fault or ours. A kinder initial response would have been nice but it was a busy day so I get it.
