The outdoor seating area is nice , not too many tables. It definitely needs some flowers to brighten it up. The Urban salad was good but we asked the server for dressing on the side and she brought it completely dressed , too much. We ordered chicken salad for top and it was fresh but very dry. When I asked for crackers , she just said we don’t have them. So overall good not great.

I had an excellent experience at Urban at Plant! The service was top-notch, and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food arrived promptly and was bursting with delicious flavors. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and will definitely be returning myself.

Love the new menu (bringing back a couple of old favorites). Even when full, this restaurant is one where you can have a decent conversation at the table. They also have a really good wine list. We had a great meal and a great time!

We have eaten here many times about six months ago and enjoyed it very much. Last night we were seated and never told that the air conditioning was not working. We were sweating while eating. Water had no ice and was warm. Miserable. Women’s restroom toilet did not flush and towel dispenser broken. Food not great. Caesar salad had no taste. Disappointed. As we walked across the restaurant to leave there was cold air blowing from ceiling. Unacceptable that we could have moved to cooler table. Be upfront and honest when you seat a customer and say we apologize but our air conditioning is not working where we are going to seat you for dinner.

A friend and I ate an early Monday dinner at Urban. We were greeted by upbeat hostesses who immediately seated us in a comfortable booth. Our server was excellent. She gave us time to chat and look over the menu without any pressure. We ordered the black and white chips as an appetizer. They were fresh and tasty. Our salad entrees were delivered at a perfectly leisurely pace, once again, allowing us to enjoy our conversation and food without feeling rushed. The salads were the perfect portion - not too big and not too small. We each ordered different salads but were both pleased with how they tasted. The background music was soothing and unobtrusive and didn’t overwhelm our conversation. The server was great - she didn’t hover but when we needed drink refills she magically appeared. She didn’t try to be our best friend, she just waited on us as needed. The prices of drinks, appetizer and salads were very reasonable considering the pleasant experience. I liked the menu- one page with a nice variety of selections that didn’t overwhelm. I would definitely return.

Had a great dinner with friends and everything was excellent starting with a very hospitable hostess, followed up by a great server and wonderful food. We ended up closing down the dining room. They never rushed us at all. Management was visible the whole evening.

Pork chop was so tough that I couldn't cut it. Waitress took it back but made inappropriate comment,"Well, you asked for it well done." I didn't. I asked for medium well. I received a new pork chop that was slightly better but still tough.

We have a monthly business meeting at Urban on plant. It's our preferred restaurant because of the service, menu and ambiance. Every member of the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Whether eating inside or out the atmosphere is pleasant and great for good conversation!

Always a great location to get some great food and drinks before seeing a show at the Winter Garden theatre. Great appetizers, flatbreads and salads for sharing or full dinner entrees for a nice meal.

We made a reservation for 6:30 for 6, we get there and place is half empty with front greeters doing nothing. Table is not ready. We ask if we can sit outside and they state they don’t want to push tables together. 30 minutes to take order for drinks. 1 hour for food. Chicken was precooked as it was cold in the middle like it had been in the fridge. Never cam over to check on us or if we wanted more drinks. Check was the first time we saw the waiter again. No desert offerings. Not a good experience. Will not be eating there again

This was my first visit, but it won’t be my last. Service was excellent; food and drinks were delicious, and our wait staff was knowledgeable about bar items. She was able to listen to peoples’ preferences and make great recommendations. We had apps, flatbreads and the bone-in pork chop - all perfectly prepared. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic dinner. The loaded potato dip was an amazing appetizer! The meatloaf was incredible and the fresh fish tacos were delicious. We look forward to coming back to try other entrees and some of the desserts!

Went on a Wednesday at noon. Not too busy, load or long wait. (Usually very but seemed to be a good time) Food is was good and the server…Lane, was amazing! He suggested things, took really good care of us and everything came out perfect! With 5 ladies we were probably the noise makers. So much fun! Thank you Urban Flats!
