   Our Server Luis refused to serve us the penny mimosas. We got 3 each and then told us that we were not allowed to get any more because of TABC laws. We were not intoxicated and saw that he was serving the table next to us multiple drinks. I asked to speak to the manager Robert (the GM) and he said that he can’t do anything for us and if the server refuses to serve us then that’s it. Horrible experience. We came here to have a good time and drink the mimosas and to be refused was unacceptable. If you are worried about your TABC then DONT work the weekend! Horrible place, horrible staff.

   Took over an hour to get our food. We had to ask twice for it. Granted the server did warn us she was new but didn’t think we as the customers had to ask her to check our food after 35-40 minutes of waiting. Her response was “I’m so glad you asked because…” meaning she would have not checked had we not asked. Still had to wait another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Had to ask for refills twice. The server asked if we wanted more chips while we waited, we said yes, they were never brought to us. Had to ask our server twice for flour tortillas, even asked the food runner as well and that took an additional 10-15 minutes. Manager on duty apologized for the errors and thought only a 25% discount was sufficient. Im a returning customer and even celebrated my birthday there and I have never had such a disappointing experience at this location.

   It was about 85 and really humid but the garage doors were still open so the restaurant was miserably hot with very little moving air. Very stale. Only 1 of the 6 meals were good, mine was so bad I asked it to be taken off the ticket. I ordered a fajita salad and upgraded to steak. The steak was cold and rubbery and the cheese was essentially shredded kraft cheese slices. It was truly disgusting. Our server was really nice, we enjoyed him. One odd thing though was when I asked him to take back my meal, he said "oh yeah, you're not the only one who didn't like it..." Yikes! We won't be back, there are too many good Mexican restaurants in Austin to waste another meal on this restaurant again!

   We made reservations for outdoor seating for my girlfriend’s bachelorette several days ahead and were seated inside despite reminding them of our reservation saying it “couldn’t be accommodated” then proceeded to watch people be seated outside

    Food was okay, my chicken was kinda pink in a quesadilla that I ordered but had the manager come over and tell me it was normal so just trusted him lol aside from that, the drinks were okay. Not the best. Service however, was phenomenal! They had a great vibe with an energetic kitchen staff!

    One could not even have a conversation in a booth because it was so noisy. By the time we left I had a headache from the noise level (I wouldn't call it energetic!!) and was totally disappointed with the foodl. I will not return.

    Because we did not have power us and a fiend decided to have dinner at the Valencia's in the Domain to warm up. Forget about warming up, as they had doors and windows open to the patio and was warmer at our house without power! First off the chips tasted as though they were cooked in rancid oil or with some other food that gave a strange taste. We stopped one of the many who were socializing at the kitchen window, told them, and they just looked and shrugged their shoulders. Okay we live with the taste so we got Queso and when it arrived was very liquid and tasted like velveeta that had been watered down. We didn't finish the queso as minimal flavor. Then our enchiladas arrived and they were disgusting. Mine was cold on the inside and appeared to have been frozen and not thawed completely. Overall for the prices they charge, I expected more than what I described and obviously will not be returning!

    Our server Collin did not explain the menu well. We ordered Queso not knowing there were Queso options to the menu. The one we were served was plain with very little taste. That was disappointing. The margaritas and our main course was delicious and we enjoyed the vibe in the outdoor seating. The seating options inside the restaurant was too loud and chaotic for our liking. I would recommend Valencia’s but understand the menu before placing your order.

    Worst service with horrible food! The Tres Leces Cake was stale and we didn’t realize it after having half of it and caused us stomach problems as soon as we got home. I went into this restaurant with so much hope and expectations but it was overall the worst experience in the Domain.
