    Pretty bad experience overall.....Wrong info from hostess; drinks were flat and patio was filthy and disgusting ...burn marks all over furniture; not clean; garbage on floor..really amateur

    The venue is wonderful… spectacular views. Very disappointed with my dirty martini order .. they poured it in a plastic martini glass and the amount was literally 1/4 full … I was like… where’s the rest of my drink that cost 20$?? Other than that. We had fun ! Be mindful of the elegance of the venue and serve accordingly 🙏

    Awesome location. The food for the most part was really good. I’m fussy but didn’t walk away hungry! Many choices fortunately and really enjoyed the shareable aspect. If I didn’t like it then someone else did! Nothing left on our plates. While I don’t eat shrimp my husband and another in our party said the shrimp tempura was soooooo ridiculously good. Love the view number one. Staff were pretty friendly too. The wagyu tataki was average but the skirt steak was very good. Don’t forget the ice cream sandwich!!!!

    Great experience- over looking the city 28 floors up, unlimited dishes and specific beverages (alcohol) -makes sense!! One of the best brunch spots in TO! Got to go. Service was very good, dishes arrived in a timely manner and flavourful, great variety and options. Cool spot!

    The restaurant is not very organized; there was no person to check us in; after asking around for a while we were told to just take a place and sit Dow; then we ordered and went through 3 servers ; drinks menu was not good because half the items were not available; the menu was some pool side menu that was a poor selector fried food and nothing healthy; although we loved watching the airshow from the balcony and the ambiance is incredible at the X

    My husband and I came for our 1st year wedding anniversary on a Saturday night. We arrived at 8 o’clock for our reservation. Once seated in the poolside dining area, it took 5 minutes to be greeted by a hostess with some water, not even our server to take an order… My husband and I both worked in the service industry for years. We are very forgiving when it comes to restaurant staff being busy; but it wasn’t. Anyway, we ordered the chicken kimchi dumplings to start and the tempura shrimp. The dumplings were disgustingly dry in the middle, had absolutely no flavour other than freezer burned shredded chicken. The shrimp “tempura” wasn’t tempura, it was just regular breaded fried shrimp. Lastly we were disappointed by some bland, tiny, overpriced sushi rolls and some watered down soy sauce. Would not recommend this place.

    Well it was windy that day and they refused to open the inside dining room. Mind you this is the same day as the air show at the CNE. It was so windy people's drunks were flying off their table. We happened to be the only black people dining there that day and it took them 40 minutes to take our drink order. People who came after us got their full meals and left meanwhile 2 hours later we got our entrees and they were crap. The chashu pork had no seasoning, the steak my friend ordered was uneatible it was tough. We never got our 2nd appetizers. I felt it was racially motivated considering everyone else got their food but us. Never going back

    We drove 1hr+50 mins in traffic from Cambridge to be at your establishment for dinner yesterday. I waited a long time to finally get a reservation here for a time period that worked for me. It was my birthday, I stated that in the reservation. I didn't expect anything over the top but upon entering, we had to wait for the hostess to be greeted, it felt rushed, almost as if we were bothering the lady at the desk. I expected at least to be greeted properly welcoming you to a restaurant. I also asked for a reservation on the patio but they didn't end up having anything available for my special day. I told her it's okay and my family and I sat down where seated. There was nothing on the menu for vegetarians not to mention we had our kids with us and there was no meal option for them. We probably would have stuck it out as I was so excited to have finally been at the restaurant but the lack of service and making my family and I feel like a burden/number we decided to leave. I manage Dental offices for a corporation and I would be beside myself if my team made our patients feel the way I felt last night. Even on a Sunday during dinner rush we waited 1.5hrs after leaving to get a table elsewhere but I would have rathered that instead of being treated the way we were last night. Extremely disappointed in the service, options.

    If you want good service and your food don't go to Valerie. We were extremely disappointed we arrived at noon for our reservation at noon and we had to wait 10 minutes because the restaurant was not ready. Then when we were eating the music was extremely loud and you could not have an actual conversation. At the end we ordered dessert which took over 25 minutes and we just left as we had already paid our bill. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I will never go back, I am extremely disappointed and the cost is not worth it.
