   Everything was excellent. Truly exceptional fine dining service. The food was impeccable — everything was plated beautifully, and you can tell the chef puts a great deal of thought into the flavors and the composition of the dishes. Wouldn’t change a single thing, I will most definitely be back.

   Great Restaurant! Took my wife for our first wedding anniversary and it was a great choice. Excellent food, service and atmosphere, will definitely recommend and be going again.

    Visited the Valley off a recommendation from my son. Was excellent. The service was great, the food delicious. The one thing that I would comment on is the sound. It was loud the night we were there which made talking a little difficult. But I will be going back.

    We had really good service. Didn’t catch our servers name but she had a small Monroe piercing if the at helps narrow it down. She was quick efficient and informative. Makes all the difference. Food was pretty good, a little oily this day but we frequent the valley ever so often.

    The appetizer of calamari was quite disappointing. The taste was awesome, however for 17 dollars I would expect a little more on the plate. As well they should ask about the focaccia bread. I like mine plain and they drizzled it with balsamic dressing. Overall the food was delicious.

    This was our first time at The Valley. Amazing! All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Joe our server was a delightful young man. The food was delicious. The atmosphere very cozy ans warm. We were able to take our time and we’re not rushed. Nadia was very attentive. We will definitely be back. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday. The only thing that was distracting was the table of 4 that was behind me. There was one guest that had very bad language wand was swearing a lot. This is totally out of your control, and a sensitive issue. Not sure how to address at the time. Five stars all the way. An amazing place!

    Overall a great experience for my first time there. Celina our server provided excellent service. The food was very enjoyable and they do not skimp on their portions, therefore good value for your money and it all tasted amazing. Will definitely go back again.

    What an amazing little restaurant! This was our first time to the valley, and we arrived with four of us in our party, all Italian so all familiar with traditional Italian recipes. Honestly, this food, service and ambiance with top notch. Leah was our server and she was just lovely. So very attentive snd took the time to deliver lots of extra touches for our special anniversary couple without us asking She was kind enough to surprise us with a plate with happy anniversary written in the dessert and took lots of pictures for our table to commemorate our friends 30th anniversary celebration. Our table reservation was a little delayed for the 715 reservation as the party prior to us stayed a little longer than expected. who could blame them as it was such a cozy, quaint and beautiful setting. I didn’t want to leave either. I think we closed the place down. Thank you to everyone who made our dining experience so wonderful!! We highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for authentic Italian food with very good portion sizes with beautiful presentation. Sincere thank you again for a great evening. We can’t wait to return. ❤️

    It was really good, however I unknowingly bit into a chocolate peanut butter gelato dessert So the dining experience ended abruptly. It was my fault since I never advised the server of my allergy.
