Went for my anniversary and it was a fantastic experience. From greeting, to server quality (nice, knowledgeable and sociable without being overbearing). Food was fantastic, drinks the best I ever had 10/10

Food was excellent except for the fact that there was an acceptional amount of salt. (prime rib in particular). Side dishes super small but delicious. No craft beer or ipa.

First time visiting Victorias Restaurant, will not be our last. It was the best steak I have ever had, the butter board was to die for, and the 1000stack potatoes were dream worthy. Very very good night out!

10/10 recommend Victoria's! Our dinner there was fantastic, we ordered the butter board, fresh oysters, flat iron steak, steak tartare, and the 1000 layer potato. There was a miscommunication and we ended up also getting the whipped potatoes. I don't have a single complaint, everything was fantastic, fresh, cooked well and just so delicious. The butter board was really unique and a great starter, and the oysters were fresh and had perfect garnishes. The 1000 layer potato and whipped potatoes were both soo delicious and I will struggle to not order both next time I go. Steak tartare was very well seasoned and thought out, great flavors and served with a perfectly crunchy crostini. A bit pricy but honestly worth it, I can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful dining experience. Steak lovers dream and interesting choices for seafood and fish lovers too. Creative use of herbs, beautifully presented delicious food. Best Gelato ever. Server was knowledgeable, friendly, not overly intrusive. Fine dining at its best. So impressed!! Why did I not know about this. I live in the neighbourhood.

Overall really good. Service was excellent. Two recommendations: 1) servers should disclose how much specials are as we were surprised to find a bill for a $95 steak "special". 2) not enough burrata on salad for what was charged. Less than an ounce of cheese (mostly tomato).

Chef Andrew delivered an unforgettable Wagyu experience and personally provided insights on the farms and regions these select cuts came from. Great experience. We ordered ‘secrete menu’ and experienced 3 Waygu Beef, which is fantastic. But the most spectacular dish was 1000 layer potato. Service was also brilliant.

We were seated at the window on king west. There wasn’t much thinking done upon opening. On the o e side of the table there is a cushioned bench, on the othe side is a cushioned chair but the quality of chair was poor. So it wobbled. At the window there are no coverings so people are walking by. Some homeless some very poor so you are eating a $55 steak feeling guilty watching people watching you eat a meal they would die for. The side walls were very dirty the staff could easily sweep them ( it’s details like this that matter ) the window is floor to ceiling. A nice rice paper shade could go from the floor to halfway up the window and that would eliminate having to watch Hamilton’s less fortunate watch you dine. Also the men’s washroom has two exposed urnals from the common area. Very uncomfortable. There are no acoustics so it was very loud. Too bad although everything is ala carte even bread and steak sauce ghe steaks were very good. Dinner for two was $250 So the little details I spoke about can be corrected and would make it a nicer place. There was also graffiti etched on the window and needs replacing. If we weren’t seated at the window the experience could have been nicer perhaps.

Fantastic dining experience. Our server (katie) truly made our evening special. She was so welcoming. The FOOD! Best steak I have had, hands down. Sides, dessert and drinks were top notch. This was our first time and it will not be the last.

Steak was good as was ceasar salad. Bone marrow had minimal marrow. Truffle fries were a bit overpowering but some may like that. Service was not smooth and slightly inattentive - eg food came and they started to pour our wine before the starters arrived. May have been an off night for our server Not as impressed as the first time we were there Being able to take your own wind is great

We started with the Maryland Crab Cakes, so yummy…The steak was tender & cooked to my husband’s preference. I had the cod…delicious and flaked right off on the fork. It was in a light broth with bok choy. We shared a side order of broccolini & pomme frittes with parmigiano & agli olio dip. All cooked perfectly! Definitely will return!

The restaurant was recommended by a friend who had previously had a great dining experience at Victoria’s. We celebrated our Anniversary and were treated with a couple of oysters and shaved ice with tequila and watermelon compliments of the restaurant. Food and service was outstanding. Every aspect of this meal was exquisite. From the Oyster Victoria with Bacon Bernaise sauce, paired with a Bourbon creation I can’t remember the name of garnished with a spiced cherry rolled in cacao dust. To the rib steak cooked to perfection paired with a beer and surrounded with a jus reduction we were begging for a spatula to scoop up every drop, to the dark chocolate tart served with ice cream on a bed of crushed candied pecans paired with a classic Sazerac, this meal was perfection and we couldn’t imagine it being improved upon. A culinary experience in Hamilton not to be missed. I’ll look for it again whenever in town.
