   I enjoyed my time here at victory. I was hesitant at first, due to the mixed reviews, but my friends and I had a great time. Our waiter Stephanie was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely go back in the future and even try other locations around the country if we visit those cities. I definitely recommend and suggest everyone makes their own judgment by visiting.

   Very shocked by the whole experience. Very rude service with servers rushing you from the moment you sit down . Food was ridiculously small portions and drinks could not have any less alcohol . Not worth the prices .

   My experience was absolutely great. The ambience was awesome. The food was good. The drinks were good a waitress was amazing. The service was good. It was efficient. The hookah was amazing. I do feel like the hookah is a little too expensive for my taste but it was a good hookah overall definitely a good experience I will be back.

    Went here for my cousins birthday. The room is small and loud. The waitresses are dressed for late night bottle service at a strip club. The food was average at best. The appetizers were good, but the pasta dish was salty and the chicken had bones/gristle. The lamb chops were good but small and the portion of rice they give is a children’s portion. The food was overpriced, auto gratuity that the server didn’t acknowledge until asked. As soon as we paid (over $300 including additional tip) my cousin went to the bathroom and a manager came over and told me he needed the table, I explained I JUST paid and we would be leaving as soon as she came back from the bathroom. He offered me to wait at the bar and I said no, we just paid less than 5mins ago, I’m not getting up to wait at the bar. After he walked away, less than 2mins later another manager came and told me he needed the table! I couldn’t believe this, definitely not the experience you expect in Manhattan after a $300 bill. The icing on the cake? Hostess offered to check our coats at the beginning of dinner and on the way out proceeded to tell us they charge for coatcheck! Never have I ever paid for coatcheck at a restaurant and additionally that is something that should be told when checking the coat not after. Imagine we had no cash?! Save your money and dine on Steinway or Washington heights at a hookah bar because that’s the vibe you’re getting with jacked up Manhattan prices. if you want good food service and hookah there are much better places in the city. I would not recommend.

    Was skeptical to go because of the mixed reviews( which were silly complaints) but I went and it was amazing. Very quaint small space. Nice ambiance, great drinks and even better food. The Brussel sprouts and lemon pepper crab linguine pasta was delicious. I can't wait to go back. Service wasn't anything to rave about but it was decent.

    I went to this restaurant for a birthday celebration. Waited over a hour just be to served only hookah , no water nothing all . Our waitress neverrrrrr came. Not once, not even to say hi . After the hour we left . The hostess was very nice and understanding and tried to offer us a discount but we was over it and wanted to leave . The music was good , but personally I wouldn’t go back . I wasted a hour drive to this location and another hour waiting on nothing.

    If I could have given the place NO stars I would. The night started pleasant we got there was seated to our table had apps, dinner, drinks (2xpitchers of Rose' sangria) and hookah. Our total for everything equaled to $500+ for two people, only to be removed from our table, ok fine we're placed at the bar where there's chairs near the garbage and kitchen and we settled because we're already there and trying to have a good time only to be told that we can no longer sit at the bar. Now we're standing in heels EVERYTHING paid for and the owner, manager and hostess behaves as if we are no longer patrons of this establishment. They advertise their place as a LOUNGE, and the idea of a lounge is to be able to SIT. Persons we met when we arrived were still able to be at their tables SITTING. DO not waste your hard earn money supporting this place!

    Restaurant customer is extremely poor, you’re unable to reach them by telephone to modify you cancel your reservation. If you don’t have a social media page you can’t get in touch with a host over the phone you must dm them. They charge you cancellation fees when they state they won’t charge you. Waitress doesn’t check up on customer to see if anything is needed.

We've had to deal with a huge increase in call volume in the last few weeks, and we're doing our best to answer all incoming calls. We do have a cancellation policy of 24 hours and charge for no shows or cancellation made within that time window. We are sorry for the poor experience.     When I arrived my table was not ready and I was told to stand by the bar for 10 minutes. About 30 minutes went by and my table was not ready I was told “we are over booked”. I was finally seated after waiting at the bar for over 30 minutes now. I can say 45 minutes went by we ordered our food, drinks, and hookah and then we were told our time was up. I explained to the waitress we were seated very late and the waitress did not care and said we have to pay for our bill and we can stay at the bar. This was such a horrible first experience and I will never return back to this lounge.

    So I had a 230pm reservation it is now 2:57 and I'm leaving this restaurant after taking an Uber from Harlem to get here. Hungry and frustrated to say the least. The menu had maybe 5 choices of entrees one appetizer and not all the cocktails were available. The bartender told us the menu was very limited due to a issue in the kitchen. We finally settled on the French toast and then was told they didn't have anymore. So yeah we left. Very disappointed and the require a credit card to even book a reservation. Let's not even talk about how we ended up at the bar when we booked for a table. They need to do better!!!!

    I would not return it was very very hot inside. The food quality was very poor. Our wings were burnt. The rest of the food was. NOT worth the price. The hookahs were okay but they made us do a head change instead of charcoal change so we basically paid $40 for charcoal change lol none of the drinks we wanted were available. Would never return. $400 tab could have went to 5 star instead of trashy.

    It was my best friend’s birthday and I planned to take her to Victory. We looked at the menu prior and knew exactly what we wanted. ( Lobster fried rice, salmon and lamb chops) When we got there, the menu was different. Only entree pasta dishes were available. The hostess at the front told us the usual menu items were unavailable because the oven wasn’t working. That was disappointing but we settled for appetizers. Our lemon pepper wings were small but they tasted good. The Victory shrimps were ok. The experience was not really satisfying based on what we had hoped for as far as food. However, our waitress was so kind, her service was great and she allowed us to stay past our 1hr & half time seating. Also the drinks were nice and strong.

    For some strange reason the seating in all sections were wet, the seating also had huge burn marks from the hookah. The food was ok but way overpriced. Drinks were good. The waitress was awesome, & very friendly.

    The Food was sooooooo good i mean sooooooo good Everything the steak the shrimp the lamb chops the fried chicken ALL was so flavorful. The steak and cheese egg rolls were yummy the creamed spinach and the chicken Alfredo it was all amazing. The mac was just ok. The drinks were good and strong the only downside was the hookah they have us a bad hookah the hose kept falling out it was loose and we never received the second round of drinks that we ordered it felt a bit rushed since they have a time limit. We ordered the first round at the bar waiting for our table that should’ve been ready at 9:15 but wasn’t until 9:40 and we had 1 hour and 30 minutes to sit drink and smoke shisha they rushed us with the bill without our second round of drinks the only downside.

    Food was amazing! My party and I were greeted and seated upon arrival even though we were a bit early for our reservation. The drinks and food were garnished with pretty flowers and the dj played all the hits we love! Vicory is definitely a girls night or date nite gem. Highly recommend!

    The food was actually by far really good for my First time especially taking my parents. But for a “popular location” they need to fix the couches that have burnt hookah on them it’s kind of tacky being in the heart of 34. Bri was amazing and the hookah was very smooth as well. Would go back but maybe for drinks and hookah. Oh the way to sexy drink. Very nasty would not recommend would need sugar rather salt.

    I celebrated my birthday here with a few friends and it was the perfect vibe I was looking for. I wanted somewhere moderately lit but also intimate (not too loud, not packs of people) and this was the perfect lounge for it. The food and drinks were very good, my whole table enjoyed and the hookah was great! Definitely coming back here.
