    Steak was either undercooked or overcooked on our table, the lamb chops are burnt on the surface and taste like coal, the bisque was perfect however

    La cuisson de notre steak était trop saignant. La serveuse nous a tout de suite demandé si on voulait le refaire cuire un peu et on a accepté. Il est revenue 5 à 10 minutes plus tard mais il était un peu trop cuit. Nous l’avons quand même dégusté et il était très bon. Les crevettes étaient excellente ! Le service qu’on a eut de notre serveuse était AAA+++ 👍👌! Merci

    The food was just OK. My steak was average and the lobster not very appetizing at all. Service was not very friendly. Would not recommend.

    One of my worst experiences dining at what is supposed to be a high-end steakhouse. I had to send my steak back three times, and it still came out rare. The two bartenders who were serving me, didn’t seem to care at all, and wanted to just basically bring me the full bill at the end. They were having a great time, just giggling amongst themselves in the bar area. They never even asked to fill out my water one time during the whole experience, which took almost 2 hours.  I asked to speak to the manager, Kim, and she finally took the steak off the bill. However, two 8 ounces of wine still cost $60 plus taxes. I would highly recommend staying away from this establishment. Mistakes are OK but not to care about them or your customers is not a good situation.

    I thought the price of wine a little pricey (almost $30.00 a glass, also asked for a taxi and the receptionist gave up after 2 attempts. We paid and I flagged one down. As a tourist I thought you may have had a few taxi numbers available.

    This was a wonderful meal in terms of the food, the service & the pacing. The wine by the glass was overpriced ($24). Please update your website as we came for the chicken supreme which is no longer available. All in all very enjoyable. We will return.

    We had the best service and the food and drinks were amazing. After coming from Mont-Tremblant with my group of 14 friends, we were able to reserve our table and enjoy an amazing brunch together. Our waitress Annabelle was spectacular and so attentive! She even gave my whole group a round of shots and took a shot with us. She is the definition of customer service and very detailed oriented to making sure we were well taken care of. We highly recommend others to come here to enjoy the brunch, drinks and ask for Annabelle to serve you. As New Yorkers, the service and food was up to par for our experience

    La nourriture était bonne, mais c'est tellement cher et les assiettes étaient très petites. Le service était bon. Le gros bémol c'est vraiment le prix. Vous êtes mieux chez Keg... Vous en avez plus pour votre argent.

    Nous avons trouvé le service très rapide, un peu trop même. Nos repas étaient servis comme si ils avaient été préparer d’avance. L’assiette froide donc les légumes (la carotte et le morceau de brocoli) froid, la purée de pomme de terre tiède et le steak tiède. Le goût du steak était délicieux. Malheureusement avec mon expérience d’hier, si je compare avec un restaurant d’une grande chaîne, pour la qualité-quantité-prix, j’opterai pour la grande chaîne de restaurant à l’avenir.

    J’ai beaucoup aimé le service était excellent notre serveur David homme costaud avec cheveux brun court et une moustache) si je ne me trompe pas. Il était excellent une bonne main d’applaudissements pour lui. Mon seul désagrément était une des dames à la porte. Elle n’était pas très accueillante et souriante. (Dame âge mature avec cheveux blonds) Merci également aux cuisiniers qui travaillent fort dans la cuisine et également à la ou les personnes qui s’occupent de la vaisselle et du ménage un gros merci à vous tous!

    Delicious Italian food in a quaint European setting….Service was impeccable - attention to every detail! The Burrata rivaled that found in Italy and the Osso Bucca was to die for!

    Resto classique du vieux-port, assez bien dans l'ensemble. On a adoré la bisque au homard, une des meilleures qu'on ait mangé.

    When we arrived,my wife 1st as I was looking for a parking spot, the reception crew (3) was a bit COLD..No greetings,smile..finally got directed to our reserved table..the decor is nice..a little cold..could put some heat..our waiter was friendly and calm,professional..the food was great except the lobster meat in the bisque soup: it tasted a bit off but I didn't get sick..the bisque soup was very tasty though...the grilled salmon was very good,so was the filet mignon: very tender and well cooked...compliments au chef..the crème brûlé was nice but maybe a few more eggs (?) could have improved the texture..it was very soft...so overall except this initial cold réception especially on a rainy day it was good..I'll cb with family in February, next year..Hopefully the réception 'll be warmer then..

    We booked a reservation for 11:30. We arrived at our scheduled time and were promptly seated at a wonderful table by the window. The service was excellent. The food was delicious and properly cooked. the ambience was amazing. Everything was perfectly timed. We were never felt rushed. There was a live duo playing beautiful music. The pricing was what's expected from a Steakhouse in Old Montreal. We actually found it the same or better than downtown Montreal. We love romantic settings in restaurants and this was certainly one of the best we've witnessed. It was a memorable send-off to our weekend trip to Montreal. Will definitely return, hopefully to the same table. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience. See you next time. À la prochaine!

    Très beau resto avec un excellent service. Le personnel est très accueillant, la nourriture est excellente et le steak est cuit parfaitement selon la cuisson demandée. Je recommande fortement.

    The ambiance was terrific and music was very welcome making it a beautiful evening. The food was very good. Steak was good- tried the filet and sirloin. Dessert were excellent including the crème brûlée and chocolate mousse. The service was kind and attentive. Highly recommend this if you are traveling to Montreal. I would go again.
