   This place is a must go. Food was high quality taste was fantastic. My server was helpful and very attentive. Best dinner service I have had in a long time.

   The rib steak ordered as medium/rare came out well done, the replacement came out blue. Additionally the steak was very gristly. Awful experience

   The food arrived cold and not in the terms in which order it. We expected an ambience a bit elegant, yet many kids running around the tables. More like a mid-level chain restaurant.

   Either this place was having a very bad day or it has really gone downhill. The quality of both food and service was dreadful. Wilted, greasy fries and mealy steaks. Our server failed from the first simple drink order, forgot steak knives, never came to ask for refills. $320 CAD for four people. A real shame.

   Fries were cold and service was slow. What bothered me the most was when you order a $50 steak…they still charge you an extra $3 for the side sauce???!!!

    The host who was greeting people was very unfriendly and seemed to struggle with how to seat people. To make things worse, once we were seated we waited 25 minutes before anyone appeared at our table. Our server was not very capable. Our mains came out while we were still finishing our starters.

    Probably the best steakhouse in the old Port of Montreal. I had the fillet mignon my wife had the New York cut steak both were done nicely. Our waiter was pretty good the only disappointment I would say we had is on open table we tried to make a reservation for four as we wanted to bring another couple with us it told us on open table that we could only have two but yet the entire duration of our dining which was two hours there was 10 other tables around us open and even the waiter did not know why it would not have allowed for instead of only two people a flaw in OpenTable maybe?

    I was taking my husband and grandson out for their birthday dinner…we all travelled to Montreal to meet. I sent a note to Vieux Port with my reservation about the birthday celebration and followed up with a phone call…. As soon as we entered, we felt rushed.Drinks and apps arrived quickly and main course was there before we could order wine. Hard to get waiter’s complete attention….Food was fine but we didn’t have much time to relax and to enjoy our celebration. I kept expecting some some mention of the birthdays and the cake they told me would be coming with sparklers…but nothing. When asked if they could get us anything else, I mentioned the birthdays and the waiter told me that no one had told them. Well, someone made a mistake. They did remove the price of two desserts from the bill . Food was okay but our experience was far from special.

    Good day, Not a good experience .we waited 30 min for someone to take our order. The food was not excellent, the eggs for the steak and egg were over done. The service not very good and at the end the bill was overcharged and needed to be recalculated . It was not our first time at brunch, but it was the worst one . I hope, it happened only because it was very hot. I hope you can do something to increase the quality

    Food was very disappointing. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare and it arrived at my table well done. Our server recommended the creme brulee as a "must try" and it was one of the worst I've ever had. Overly sweet, and in fact so sugary that 40% of the dish ended up being burnt sugar coating on top which we inedible. Great service and ambiance, but from a foodie perspective it was the worst steakhouse I've even been too. I've had better steaks at a diner before.

    Big shoutout à Jonathan porte beaucoup attention aux clients et aiment clairement son travail tout le monde a aimé sa bonne humeur et son sens de l’humour il a beaucoup impacté notre expérience. Le martini était très bon aussi.

    Food was not good at all! Ordered escargot, totally covered in an overload of baked mozarella. Ordered medium rare steak was medium well. Supposed to come with mashed potatoes they served with fries and ordered side garlic sautéed spinach. Tasted terrible. The only thing this place has going is the ambience of the patio.

    The food was tasty and cooked as asked and the waiters were charming and very attentive to our needs. Only the young women placing us seemed uninterested by our wishes even a bit snobbish. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful and well worth the money even if it is considerable.

    We arrived at 8:45 , about 15 min before i reservation, the service was a little fast as we had already recieved and eaten our meal by 9h21 and even though i didnt ask for the bill , it was brought to us, without the offer of coffee, digestivo or dessert. and we had yet to finish our wine as well when asked to leave

    Service était "ordinairement serveur à pris notre commande et nous a servi nos plats et c'est tout. Il a même oublié que c'était la fête à mon épouse et aussi j'ai commandé des champignons avec mon assiette et je les ai jamais reçu. La table a côté de nous les hommes était très bruyant ils ont pas demandé qu'il baisse le ton un peu.

    Nice location in Old Montreal. Lunch specials were a good deal (entree includes either soup or salad). Make sure to get there early enough to find parking (the science museum is nearby); we were served 2/4 wrong entrees. The waitress realized this after the runner brought the food, however. Outdoor dining. Friendly staff.
