Vino Bistro

Had a very nice dinner at Vino Bistro. They were very busy and we got off to slow start but things went well after that. Food and drinks were excellent!

We always enjoy our visits. The staff, food and wine selection are great.

Really enjoyed our meal. Food was prepared and presented really well and service allowed for enjoying each course but not waiting excessively for the next. Ambiance could be better and choice of music did not fit the atmosphere but overall very nice.

We have been here twice in person and once for carryout. The food is great and a cool selection. Not just your typical fair. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We met the owner while there one evening and had a engaging conversation about their wine selection. Also the retail wine and dine in restaurant concept is great. Worth stopping in even to just browse their wine selection, but definitely worth staying for the food.

As usual, a wonderful and relaxing dining experience. Food, wine, service and environment. Great atmosphere even with strong adherence to COVID precautions, finding the right balance. Lamb lollipops were delicious as was the Cod special. Kate was a fun hostess, as always, and goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to the Leesburg dining circuit and one that we will be glad to have withstood the challenges of building a regular clientele during a pandemic. We will be back soon!

The food was excellent. The mussels amazing! The service was good but what surprised me on this visit was how close we were seated to other diners. The restaurant was almost empty with just 3 tables of diners yet we were seated at a table right to another. Definitely not six feet apart!?! Why would they do this?

Other than a glitch with order that delayed our entrees, our dinner at Vino Bistro was delicious as usual. We ordered drinks and a salad starter and realized after a time, our entrees weren't on the way so notified our server. After much apologies and free drinks, it did finally arrive and was enjoyable. These things happen and looking forward to better experiences in new year.

I love the relaxed feel of this place - causal still elegant. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The seafood chowder and angry shrimp were terrific, and the Lychee martini was refreshing. My Lump crab cakes with
Jalapeno, Corn & Red Pepper Fritter, was mouth-watering delicious. Mango Chutney, Balsamic Glaze, Grape Tomato Basil complimented the entree like a match made in heaven. The Bread pudding was exceptionally the best.

The staff is always friendly and inviting, but our meal was not as good this time as it was during a recent prior visit. And a bit $ for the amount of food on the plate. Food was lukewarm, and even cold in spots. Restaurant, although still following social distancing guidelines, was much busier than the last time we came, and thus staff not quite as attentive. Wine list is very nice and staff is knowledgeable and friendly with tastings and pairing suggestions. Ambiance is very lovely.

My husband and I sat outside on the covered patio and it was wonderful! There was live music, which was a great surprise, and other diners were well distanced. Our server was amazing - knowledgeable and fast! The food was delicious - I had the rockfish special and my husband the steak frites. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent dinner at Vino Bistro! We had their special cocktails to start then had the blue cheese salad. Entrees were the Filet and a hamburger. All prepared perfectly and delicious.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is always good and the staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

We truly enjoy Vino Bistro. We usually go and purchase wine and or cork what we didn’t finish with dinner and take it home. Service is usually excellent. The server we had last Saturday, we have had before and really liked him. Very prompt, made good suggestions all around a good fellow and server. We like their new tent for outside seating and they have lots of heaters for keeping warm.
However, on Saturday something was off. Had to ask 3 or 4 times for addition bread to go with the appetizer platter we were sharing ( 4 of us). Had to ask repeated for refill on wine. Three meals came and the forth took an additional 10 minutes. Bad. I had hot soup so I had to eat while my friend had nothing.
Food is always good there and we will be back.

It was very cold inside with the outdoor “garage” like doors open. Intimate area but the staff seemed incredibly unorganized. In fairness they were busy even with the COVID restrictions. Drinks orders took 15 mins and then another 10 to get them from a different person. A third person took our order. 40 mins later our app was brought out by a 4th staff member and went to 3 wrong tables before ending up at ours after we called his attention. Food came out not too long after. Another 25 mins to figure out who was supposed to bring the bill. Food quality was great but the service side was just unorganized and chaotic.

We had a lovely dinner! The food was delicious and the service was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The wine list was nice--and our server was knowledgeable on what to recommend to complement our meals. Delicious desserts as well. We will be back!

We've been to this restaurant several times in the past. The food is always delicious and the portions now are even larger. Good wine and beer selection. My favorite restaurant when I find myself in the Leesburg area.

Sat outside in their nice large patio area that’s separated from the street by a large sidewalk so you’re not breathing in fumes. We enjoyed three of the 4 wines. I liked my eggs Benedict and husband enjoyed his monte cristo. The raspberry jam was really good. Best part is that we bought a bottle of two of the wines we liked, reasonably priced. We would have enjoyed sitting inside and watching football while drinking wine, but for now we decided to stay outside and thankful they had the space to do so.

Excellent dinner at Vino Bistro! It was a nice evening and they had doors open to patio where there was music drifting in from band in plaza. Food and drinks were very good and it was an overall enjoyable evening.

Great dinner-wish the tables were bigger! Sat outside on the patio area and it was very nice and comfortable. All of our food was fantastic! Shrimp and grits was the best I’ve had in the area.

The staff of Brad and Kate made our evening enjoyable and relaxing. Looking forward to our next visit

Beyond terrific food and wine. Service varies based on who you get and how busy they are. Friday night outside on the plaza was very pleasant.
