    Excellent set-up; the lighting was dim enough to provide a good ambience without compromising picture compatibility. The food and drinks were fresh and delicious enough to eliminate any worry of the bill from my mind, and the staff were timely and efficient at every stage of service. Definitely recommend if you're willing to shell out a little more cash!

    Great food, quick service, bit expensive for what we got. Had better steaks elsewhere for same or less cost. Tables were a bit dank and could have been nicer presented. Not much ambience in the room. The food was delicious flavours. Quite large side serves which were worth the money. Staff very efficient and well trained.

    The food was delicious and the service was quick, friendly and professional. They were always ready to top up an empty glass water or otherwise. The atmosphere was relaxing and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great meal with friends.

    Charging $30 for water and not advising there will be a charge was very disappointing. At no staged were we advised we will be charged for water. When asked still or sparkling, sparkling is charged and still water is not. The food was excellent and the service was ok. Not being able to split the bill was not a great experience, as took time away from our enjoyable afternoon to work out costs.

    I enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It wasn't crowded and a good venue for a business lunch, the service was good without being intrusive. I was a little disappointed in the lunch menu options. However, the food was of a high standard and cooked to our expectations.

    Overall it wasn’t a bad restaurant to eat at but it was quite appalling when you expect to be in a restaurant that’s rated 5 stars and you have waiters who are spilling drinks and knocking over cutlets left right an centre, the food wasn’t bad but yet again, it was very cold and just wasn’t up to standards. The flavour however was impeccable, just needs a little work with her service of the venue as well as the food. Presentation was also outstanding. Personally I would return under the circumstances I hear things have changed a little.

    This is our 3rd visit to Vintage bar and grill. It has been excellent every time. We tried the Chefs special Carne Mista platter which had 3 different Chefs specialty grilled meats and it was delicious. Our server Deborah was very knowledgeable about the menu, suggested a very good red wine and the most amazing pistachio dessert. The attention to detail and service was amazing. Thank you Deborah for the wonderful experience and we will be back in May :)

    The Hilton never disappoints. Great service, great food, great drinks, great ambiance. We have a lovely evening celebrating. Everything was perfect and we cant say thankyou enough.     The food was phenomenal, absolutely delicious. The drink selection was very broad and my partner and I came here to celebrate our 4th anniversary, all in all was an amazing evening and will definitely return! You don’t have to tip, we did this visit because of the level of service was well worth it!

    The food and service were great , until we had just started our main meal when a waiter came over and tried to give us the dessert menu and said if we want desert, we need to order it now as the chef wants to go home. We asked for the bill and were just finishing up our drinks and were told we had to go to the front to pay - unusual when in the bar you can pay at your table but no problem until about 5 mins later the waiter comes up and asks if we have paid yet? We went and paid and finished our drinks in the bar. We had 7.30 booking and this was about 8.50pm. Really disappointing we have eaten here many times but would think twice now.

    I have been to this venue many times because it never disappoints. Chris and the team provide great service, the food is delicious especially the beef short ribs and carpaccio plus great coffee. Will definitely be back again!

    Outstanding service, which took the whole experience to another level. Superb food and amazingly priced wine - but the service was the highlight

    NYE 2022 - evening didn’t start well with cocktails in the bar - Two of which might as well have been just ice and water with a drop of colour. Very disappointed, particularly due to price. Dont waste your money! Dinner.. service was chaotic! Some garlic toast arrived at the table with a tomato tapenade. One of our party was gluten free so she requested gluten free toast - and that’s what she got … a single slice of dry gf toast on a plate?? Lol? No butter - nothing! Ordered a bowl of marinated olives to start - no complaint - tasty but - no tooth picks supplied.. all in with fingers? Waiter seem surprised when we asked for toothpicks? Wagyu steak and Barramundi was ordered - no complaints with the food - very expensive though for what you get- sauce being the only accompaniment! But we received little table service, waiter - extremely difficult to understand. Very few staff. We struggled to get served as the evening went on. Even waving constantly at staff, who just ignored us. As the guests around us left their tables, these tables were left untouched for over an hour - to the point that we were left feeling like we were stuck in the kitchen. Spent a lot of money.. less than memorable evening and very very ordinary experience . Certainly not what you’d expect from the Hilton Group of Hotels. I wouldn’t go back !

    Whilst the menu is quite small; everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. Presentation was high quality and it was obvious that the people in the kitchen care about their food. Service was outstanding; it was great to be asked - as we were nearing the end of our entrees - would we like the chef to start on the mains. Thus the food was hot and fresh (which is a must for a side of chips). The wine list is adequate and covers all styles and price points; the bottles were very reasonably priced for an establishment of this quality. A beautiful, comfortable and highly recommended restaurant.

    I would not recommend to anyone especially when paying what we did for the ‘Christmas dinner’. Beef had a weird taste, Turkey was dry and flavourless. The pudding options were below par. Simply a tragic experience . The only thing that saved it was how hospitable our waitress was. She was amazing
