A very nice quiet dinner at Voilà with good personable service. We were greeted promptly and although being only one person handling the entire restaurant by herself, Ségolène did a wonderful job keeping up as she always does. Amazing as a husband-and-wife team! The Salade de chèvre was fresh and nicely done with grape tomatoes, goat cheese and red onions. It could have done with a bit more dressing and seasoning. But since there was olive oil and balsamic on the table, that made up for it. The foie gras terrine was paired with a sweet onion marmelade, which unfortunately overpowered the terrine. Have to be careful how much to spread with it. The sesame tuile was a nice touch to the dish. The 8 oz filet mignon was perfectly cooked. The coq au vin was rich and full of flavor, but very filling. We could not handle dessert, and in fact, ended up with a stomach ache throughout the night. The terrine and coq au vin pairing apparently was not agreeable for me! Won't order that combination again, but otherwise a fine dining experience.

Wait staff was very nice and attentive. Food was very good Disappointments Requested to change reservation using OpenTable from 4 to 5 and advised this was not possible. Called and left a message at restaurant and no return call. During our dinner at least half the tables were empty and adding one person would have been quite easy. Had to leave an out-of-town visitor at home for no reason. Website says dress is certainly above the shorts and flip flops our neighbor table was wearing.

We enjoyed the Mother’s Day 3 course dinner with wine pairings. The food and wine were very good. Especially liked the salmon stuffed with lobster main course and the pineapple meringue dessert. I usually do not have dessert after a meal, but so enjoyed it. The atmosphere is fine, not loud, and the service was spot on. We’ll definitely return.

We were celebrating my friend's birthday. I had indicated that on the Open Table reservation but no mention was made at the restaurant. Perhaps I needed to tell them. We shared the Salade de Chevre. Server said it was the most popular. We were left to split it at the table. It was okay but not worth $14. We both had the Le Saumon. Salmon cooked in a potato crepe. Crepe was more like a mashed potato over the cubed salmon. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Spinach and sauce were tasty. We shared the Lemon Meringue Tart. Needed more lemon and tart was heavy, more like a stale cake. Overall, we had a nice evening but I would not go back nor would I recommend it. I think it's overpriced for what they are serving.

A wonderful small French restaurant at the intersection of Mountain View and Via Linda in Scottsdale. Most of the wines may be purchased by the glass, allowing for a tasting prior to buying the bottle. The escargot were some of the best I've ever had, including those in Bordeaux, Lyon, and Paris. Do try the La Choucroute, an Alsace recipe with seafood on a bed of sauerkraut. It sounds odd, but tastes wonderful! Leave room for dessert, as they are scrumptious. The website shows photos of all of the items on the menu. The menu does not show photos. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

3 of us dined at Voila last Saturday night. It was an exceptional dining experience, as it always is. 2 of us had the filet of sole and each person said that it was prepared perfectly, and they loved the dish. I had the filet mignon and it was outstanding. The sauce was the best that I have ever had. We topped the night off with 3 desserts that were to die for. Our servers were excellent and the owner could not have been nicer. If you have a special occasion, you can't go wrong at Voila.

The epitome of a French bistro, Voila has spectacular food, service and atmosphere. Chef Jean-Christophe created some of the best food we've ever had. Our group enjoyed escargot and charcuterie, and our main courses included Sole Mueniere and Duck Confit, which were both magnificent. This small bistro is truly a jewel that we were thrilled to have found.

Caitlyn is the very best!!! She wasn’t even covering our table, but she came by to make sure that we had everything we needed. By the way, all of their servers are very attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic. But Caitlyn always go above and beyond to make sure we have the very best experience. Great meal with relative from out of town. The food was great we had the duck confit and the rack of lamb. All very good cooked perfectly. The flavor and taste was off the hook. We have been many times to this venue and it’s consistently excellent!

Our experience was fantastic! Service was excellent. Wait staff were very knowledgeable on the menu. The food was superb. It’s expensive, but appropriately so. You aren’t going to get that level of excellence in flavors and presentation without an appropriate expenditure. We’ll be back for certain.
