    The food and service quality at Volare have diminished significantly over the past year. No one seemed to care about the patrons. The manager was inattentive, the hostess station was bored etc. The food was prepared and presented poorly. It’s sad as this restaurant was once wonderful, now it’s mediocre. Maybe Josh Moore has left the restaurant.

    It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more satisfied with the food and the service. Garry (yes, 2 R Garry) was absolutely a pro. My filet was super tender and my wife's Sea Bass melted in her mouth. The live music was a nice touch as well. It's no wonder you need a reservation to get into this place.

    My favorite restaurant. I live in Chicago but visit Louisville for work. Love Chef Josh, Jonathan and staff. Always amazing

    Our experience there was top notch as always! The food was cooked perfectly, and the service was impeccable. One of my all-time favorite places to dine.

    The ambiance, service and food are excellent. The only issue we had was that we had a gift card and they couldn’t get it to work … but we will definitely be back!

    We had Gary for our server and he was outstanding! This was our first time at Volare, and it has quickly become one of our favorites. The food was outstanding, but what made the experience that much better was having Gary as our server! We will be coming back for sure for the food and asking for Gary!
