    We had the chefs menu and all dishes were spectacular! Plenty of food and delicious. Service was outstanding. Staff checked on us regularly, not intrusive, just enough to ensure we were happy. We will definitely be back!

    The staff was attentive and we enjoyed the way all the food was explained and described before we ordered. And loved the look of the place. We did find the serves a bit small for the price. Would have looked and seemed more if beefed up by some garnish of salad and a basket of nice bread or some such. Left feeling still hungry

    Always stoked to come here. Food and drinks are always incredible! Massive thanks to Chefs Jeff & Jacob! So good to be there on Chef Jacob's last night. I wish him so well on his move to Melbourne-they are so lucky to have him. The magical Jeremy, Rosa and Issaac always take great care of us and have super sound knowledge of all food and drinks, dietary requirements are never an issue and the alternatives are delicious. I love this place and the people so much ❤️

    Our experience was great. The cocktails were perfect and the we had the chefs menu so it was a surprise with each dish The place had a great vibe about it too. Next time we will get a booth up front they look really cool and cosy Thanks again volaré

    Absolute excellence. Cosy atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, fantastic menu. The food was some of the best we’ve eaten in Perth, the scallops and the steak were out of this world. The cocktail list was fresh and innovative and we really enjoyed the wines we chose from the extensive wine list. 10/10 thanks again for having us ☺️

    It's a challenge to not want to order everything off of the menu. I recommend bringing as much friends as you can so you have the ability to taste everything! 10/10

    This place has taken dining experience to a whole new level. We have always wanted to try this place for a long time now and now that we have, we can’t wait to go back. The staff were amazing from the moment you get in, the chef even went out to explain the specials for the night. The service was fantastic all throughout and we were in awe of how knowledgeable and attentive the staff were. Had a good laugh with the staff as well. Thanks to the Volare team for making our night. Food was divine.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Volare! It was my first time to visit but my friends were returning for the third time. Staff were very friendly and informative about the menu - we tried the stracciatella, focaccia, lobster bomba, carne crudo, Brussels sprouts, white beans with pulled lamb (pork on the menu but as I don't eat pork this was a pleasant surprise), black garlic bucatini, sweet potato salad, striploin with truffle. Oh and pasta butter, who even knew that was a thing! It was all delicious - the stracciatella with aubergine and mushroom chilli crisp was my fave! We also tried their two desserts however their focus seems to be on the savoury so I'd probably skip or even order more stracciatella instead if I visit again. It was a fairly quiet Sunday night so my friends and I essentially had a private dining room which was lovely. The staff could've been a little more attentive as we probably would've ordered more drinks if they checked on us more often. I'd definitely recommend Volare - super easy to get to from the station, an interesting and tasty menu and lovely staff all made for a great night. Apparently they change the menu often which is even more reason to return regularly!

    We did the 2 hour lunch, what a fabulous experience. Food delicious, space was perfect (we had a small room to ourselves which was great especially considering that we added 4 more people last minute which they accomodated with no fuss), drinks were also delicious and the staff were lovely (special shout out to Jeremy he was fantastic). Great value for money would definitely recommend.

    The food was not good. We ordered a $70 chefs special. Out of all the dishes only one had meat. The meat was tough and chewy. We did not completely finish a single dish because they just weren't very good.

    Decided to try Volare after reading a review in the West. Great little bar in Maylands with a good vibe. We were booked for the cichetti menu but changed our minds and opted for the Chef’s Choice @ $70p/p. All the dishes were excellent, primarily vegetarian until the last dish, which was a striploin. When the Chef brought it to our table he advised us he had cooked it rare but it was a little too rare for us. Dessert was a donut with ice cream, the donut seemed a little stale. We asked for a wine recommendation and a Chianti was suggested, perfect for the food we were enjoying. We finished off with an espresso martini each. The staff were helpful and friendly and having the chef come to the table was a treat. We wouldn’t rush back but we will return to try the cichetti menu. We would recommend Volare. It was a nice way to spend a wintry Sunday afternoon.

    Great bottomless lunch! Drink options were varied, food was very beautiful and tasty, service was perfect, and our glasses were never empty for long thanks to the attentive staff. Lovely ambience in the courtyard with heating in the winter.

    What a great evening! From being greeted upon entry to saying our goodbyes the service at Volare was always top tier. We asked for recommendations on both food and wine and the suggested serves were outstanding. The Carne Cruda and the Shishito Peppers were the real stand outs, though every dish was so good that we had to roll out the door as we were so full!

    We got the $70pp menu and don’t feel like it was worth it. Next time I will order just off the menu myself. I did like that I tried things that I wouldn’t of normally ordered - eg. the mussel pancake. Which was delish.

    We went for a late lunch/early dinner and tried the special taster. Service was great, food adventurous and tasty and the drinks flowed. Great spot for an intimate get together watching the sun set and listening to great music. Thanks guys!
