The butternut squash flat bread had good flavor but what not how when it arrived at our table. Also all the adds for VOO indicate a piano bar but apparently that is only on Friday and Saturday nights now. Drinks were interesting however the inclusion of a large ice cube makes them deceptively small compared to the size of the glass and price.

The piano player doesn't play for 30 minutes, then takes a solid 30-minute break. Last time, he was done by 11. Not sure what time he finished last night because we left. Drinks are fine, but not why I'm going to a piano bar. That was my last time wasting my time there.

So loud couldn’t hear the person next to me. Drinks were good but very over priced. Bad service. Waited 25 mins for a drink. Maybe it was because it’s Halloween weekend that it wasn’t their best night.. but I don’t know if I’d go back.

A charming hotel bar that feels like it is from a bygone era architecturally. Service was excellent, as were the drinks and appetizers. The pianist was also very good. We went there prior to a play downtown, and it was perfect.

Drinks are overpriced for what you receive. The straight pours appear to be scientifically measured and therefore skimpy. Love the atmosphere. Music was good. The piano player is constantly reminding you of the time left in his one hour set - odd and a bit off putting.

The ambience of a historical venue combined with the incredible piano and vocal skills of Will O'Keefe make this one of my favorite spots in the city. The staff is friendly and the energy is infectious.

We like the bar; we have been there a few times. We like to go there when we are downtown and have a drink or too, we always sit at the bar... bartenders are nice and make good drinks and the piano player is good too. The bar itself has some history to it and we enjoy that too.

We waited for just over 20 minutes at our table and we’re never even greeted by a server, let alone had our order taken. We ended up leaving. I’ve been here before and I know the drinks and food are fabulous, but we had reservations here to show it off to out of town guests and were so disappointed in the service.

We didn’t have any food but the peach flatbread sounded amazing. Our drinks were fantastic and came out very quick. We LOVED the piano karaoke, everyone in the room was singing. We had a blast! Will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional service, great cocktails, wonderful food. Felt a little loud at the beginning of the night, but as the evening went on the noise level was appropriate for being energetic but still comfortably visiting with friends. The bartender and piano man were so fun to engage with!

Bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering drinks. Drinks were amazing and unique. You can tell the Bartender, Jake spends hours preparing and researching top notch drinks. Loved the piano player as well!

Not only was the service terrible, it was non existent. It was a miracle that anyone sitting in our general section even had waters, the servers were too busy being tucked away at the end of the bar and the BOH, our table wasn't touched once in the 15 minutes we sat in the secluded corner next to the door. We watched several poorly dressed tables walk in and get sat and served in moments come in after us, who made reservations. The hardest working person in the whole building was the damn valet. The worst part was anyone that worked there had the nerve to pretend to walk the floor with the fake frustrated server face, touch the hostess desk, and trail back to the end picking up the occasional glass, just to go and chill at the end of the bar again. We ended up going to Monarch bar instead. This place sucks.

The piano music was loud at first but then much better after a break when the pianist started singing tunes. The piano player is great! They didn’t have their advertised wines available and ran out of the one we liked but we did find another wine. Food was good. What bothered me the most was the Lounge’s total lack of follow up when I tried to reach them after leaving a sweater in my chair the evening we were at Voo. I called them many times after leaving the item explaining I had left my black sweater in their black leather chair and asked that they call me back so I could come pick it up if it was found. I called the lounge at least five times within a week and left five messages but no one gave me the courtesy of a return call despite their recording that said they would return calls as soon as possible. I only politely asked for a short call back and finally on my fifth attempt, told them I would quit calling since my message was being ignored. If this establishment plans on staying in business, they need to correct this problem. It is certainly not good to totally ignore customers! Many of my friends wanted to experience the Muehlbach history again but won’t go because of my experience. I would have been a regular customer but will never return. I am just so sad because it could have been a fun place to frequent and now I am just very disappointed. I fear for the future of this establishment.

An amazing experience. The piano man was fantastic, friendly, and very engaging. The servers were friendly and professional. And the drinks were great. The ambiance was comfortable and inviting, lights were dim but not dark, and it was quiet enough to have a normal conversation. A definite date night redo!

From the moment we entered the Voo, everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere felt stylish and comfortable. The craft cocktails and wine were delicious and the delighter for my husband’s birthday thoughtful. The charcuterie board was yummy and our server was relaxed yet engaging, and you can tell the service team enjoys what they do. Will was amazing on the piano and drew in the whole crowd to sing along. He was funny and very talented and came to our table several times during sets to chat. Allison the manager grabbed a microphone to join in from across the room. Casual to dressy attire all fit in. We will be back!

Very chill, fun lounge. The service was outstanding. The pianist was so talented and fun although the music choices were a little outdated for us (millennial girls' night). Food and drinks are DELICIOUS but so so expensive.

We were in town from Chicago and decided to try the VOO. It was a very classy, warm atmosphere with unusually creative cocktails. We tried several of the cocktails and they were all fabulous-some of the best we have ever had. . Staff was excellent. If you are in town, we would highly recommend trying the VOO.

Nice vibe...kinda of loud so don't expect a romantic type of night. Don't get me wrong - good date night spot just maybe not 1st date. Piano guy very energetic and played array of songs. Waiter was great. Parking sucks since its downtown.

It took 20min to get a server, then another 20 to get our drinks so we decided to get food elsewhere. There were only 6 things on the menu. The pianist was spectacular but way too loud for the room, we couldn’t hear each other. Beautiful room & nice people.

The drinks were fine and service was okay. The inside was decorated beautifully. Unfortunately the piano was too loud in too small of space. They need to decide whether to be a piano bar or a cocktail lounge because both at the same time is too much.

Such a great vibe and they offer free valet which is nice seeing that it is located in the heart of downtown. I only wish that they offer a wider variety of small plate options, that would have made us stay a little longer and have more drinks.
