The very best place for a great view. Food was good and service was excellent. The bonus was seeing a helicopter go for a landing on the White House Lawn. Awesome view!!

This place is a disappointment. Making a reservation is confusing as some times give an option of rooftop, terrace, or other, while other times don’t allow you to select the area of the restaurant you want to be in. I selected a time with no option assuming I would get a balcony terrace view table. Instead we were seated at an indoor/inside table. When we asked to be moved to a terrace table, (Our reservation was for 5:00 pm midweek when the restaurant wasn’t full) the host got indignant and was rude towards us and he wasn’t the only one. I observed another server who was assisting the table next to us, roll his eyes in disgust when one of the patrons called him back with another request. The food arrived luke warm, and did not taste fresh. The salad lettuce tasted like it hadn’t been washed. They add a 20% service charge to all checks (we were a party of two) and the views they boast of is mainly sights of downtown building rooftops. The only landmark you can see clearly and only from one side is the Washington monument. The only positive at this place was our waiter who was very polite and attentive. Skip this place, it isn’t worth the hype.

We had a brilliant evening, drinks were on point and the meals were divine . Our waiter handles had the most outstanding service .

Initially service wasn’t great with a wait for a pre-booked table and locating a host to seat us. Once sat (although this took quite a while with everyone sending us back to the host counter with no host to be found) the views of the city were incredible and the food was good.

Expensive dinner but tasty. Service was good but front of house were pretty dull and abrasive. That view though… magic.

My family & I came to DC to visit the museums & enjoy the cuisine. Our meals were beautiful to look at & delicious. Our waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. The ambiance perfect. I would recommend this restaurant 😀
