I feel like for the price of the VIP, there was too many tickets sold. There was no where to sit. Too crowded for the price of the ticket. Also, no one at the hotel could answer questions about the event the day before or the morning of. Other than it being way too crowded, in VIP, the food and service was wonderful.

The service was fantastic. The food was regular and highly overpriced. The ambiance felt like a wild bar than a family friendly environment. There were people yelling for over an hour, it was not a good experience.

I was disappointed that although I told the mature de we were celebrating my nephew’s engagement they neglected to do their usual special treatment.

Noisy place but it’s ok. Everyone having a good time. Service only ok. Our server was covering too many tables. Hard to get his attention. Food ok to mediocre. Lamb lollipop’s reportedly good but not amazing. Spinach cheese dip well liked. Calamari and shrimp calamari soggy and shrimp forgettable. Wagyu burger reportedly very good. Fettuccine with seafood was al dente (good) scallops watery and tasteless, seemed fresh out of the freezer . Shrimp overcooked and tough. Not much sauce. View is great but have to be very careful ordering.

The experience was outstanding! My server was kind, attentive and easy to feel welcomed. The view was amazing, and the food delicious! Drinks were refreshing and fun choices.
