    Great place, exceptional service. Jessica waited on us and she was fantastic. We made a reservation here as it was close to the theater we were headed to after dinner. Would highly recommend it!

    I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally got to make the reservation, I wasn't happy with the food definitely the service our waitress wasn't good at all we had to send someone to call her because we wanted to order some drinks. At the time she bought out the food she didn't check on us after that.. No good at all 👎🏾👎🏾 sorry

    We dined at urban oasis for lunch. Basically a place where you just get a few pictures and a drink. Food and drinks were fine, a little over priced for the quality. Our server was very rude/blunt, took about 20 minutes for her to get to us and we were the third table there (at noon). When I had questions about the menu she just walked away and came back about ten minutes later.

    Food was great, but the service was very slow. Service is usually the determining factor because it’s easy to find good food and good drinks, but the service makes a difference.

    made a reservation for the outdoor seating and honestly got no help. Wandered inside W hotel to figure out how we could get seated and helped but was told we can just go on out. No one was outside. everything empty. took them about 15 minutes to come out and introduce themselves.

    Amazing service by the Director Josue! My friends and I had a reservation for Urban Oasis that was unfortunately cancelled due to weather, but Josue made our experience 10X better by accommodating us to an amazing dining experience at W’s lounge. 10/10!

    I do recommending making sure you book with Boston osasis even though the w lounge is inside Boston osasis is right next to it and the babe and I almost ate inside but thankfully the waitress bought us to the outside . Beautiful flowery and grassy area with pretty tables and nice Photo Booth as well ! Excellent

    The ambience was nice, very colorful, fun aesthetic . The food and drinks were amazing and then jenga game was a nice touch. Only downside was that it was really loud the traffic and commotion took away from the vibes. I feel like to match the “oasis” theme it should of been a little more secluded. But besides that it was a vibe.

    By far the worst experience I’ve had dinning in Boston . Planned to experience something but never got a heads up that it was shut down due to weather. Customer service sucked and was treated poorly, felt as if I was being judged !! Never came to the table to ask if everything was ok. Had to ask for things multiple of times !! We also asked to speak to the manager whom went to someone else who was seated in front of us and never asked to see him. Just plain rude !!

    The Urban Oasis was soo overpriced!! The food and drinks were soo expensive for no reason!! Our drinks tasted awful. My desert was almost $20 for biscuit and strawberries with whip cream on top! Outrageous!! The place smelled like sewage. The waitress was very sweet though! That was the only positive.

    Was so disappointed. I was definitely fooled by the pictures online and videos. This is basically on the sidewalk with pretty flowers hanging from above. If it rains, it’s no good! My friends and I were so disappointed at the food. We didn’t finish it and had no interest in taking it home. It felt like such a waste of money. I took my friend here for her birthday but was sad I did.

    I had my two friends come in town and I picked this restaurant to bring them. I had seen all the hype and beautiful videos and pics social media. However, the videos and pics due this place justice because when we arrived it was not all glitter and gold per say. We had to wait at least 5 minutes until the hostess finished their girl talk before seating us. In which I had to ask where we can be seated at?? before being seated.As she did with a attitude. Oh yeah she said a smart comment to one of her friends. as I speak Spanish as well. I let it slide as I was there for a good time. It was outdoor seating and the traffic on the street was very loud we can hardly hear ourselves talking. Had a few drinks which were good but not worth the price. Didn’t order food because it smell like the sewer out there. However, our waitress was phenomenal! We made sure to leave her a nice tip letting her know we appreciated her.

    Smells like sewage, just a small strip of sidewalk along a busy street. Glorified bar food at hotel price. Not worth it.

    Unfortunately we never able to try. We got there, we couldn't explain we had reservations, they sent us to the inside bar because they were doing a renovation. Not time to fishing. Sign saying open since 3:00 After 3:45 we decided to leave to other place to finally celebrate my friend birthday.

    Mother’s Day was spent eating lunch at the lunch and the food was delicious and the drinks were great. The server also handed our mom a single rose. Such a nice gesture. Thank you!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Celebrated my birthday with family and friends as I’ve done in prior years at the W and had a blast as usual. Service is phenomenal and the food and music are amazing. The W Lounge is, hands down, my favorite spot for a night out on the town.

    Made reservations in the lounge for pre show appetizers and drinks. Worked out perfectly good, drinks and service were great. A little on the pricey side but perfect for a night out in the town

    There were only two servers the entire evening; looked short handed for a busy theater night. Waitress was friendly and rushing around - good spirits about herself, but seemed to be doing all the work for two people. Ordered calamari - little tough. Burger was fantastic. Desert (fallen chocolate cake with ice cream wonderful.

    I made a reservation for 8 people for 6 PM in the lounge. Our group usually stops at the W Lounge for drinks and appetizers before the Chris Botti concert every year. This is the first time I have made a reservation. In the past we were usually able to get seats at the bar or a table but this year I made a reservation but when we got there we were told the lounge was overbooked. They offered us the private dining room in the restaurant instead. While we missed being away from the energy of the bar, the room was decorated nicely for the holidays and the staff did their best to accommodate us.

    Fantastic service from Jessica and the service team. Cocktails were delicious, the food items we had (fried calamari, prosciutto and fig flatbread and hot honey chicken sliders) were nothing special. A little flat in the seasonings.

    We were really happy with our pre-theater dinner here. Weren’t sure about it just being a bar menu, but there was plenty to choose from, all of our dishes were super tasty: seviche appetizer, mini crab sliders, a cheese burger, Caesar salad with steak on top, bbq chicken flatbread and delicious drinks. Our server was super nice and we will definitely be back. A great spot before going to a show!
