   Server Kim added to our experience. She was professional, delightful and attentive, and personalized our experience. We were celebrating a birthday and she added to the pleasure of the visit.

   Not what I taught .. service was ok , food was ok , ambience was great … compare to the Regis and Royal York the W hotel High Tea experience wasn’t worth the price .. I paid almost $400 and I went to a vending machine for my champagne.. won’t go back or refer to anyone..

   The high tea at the W has the opportunity to be such a fun, delicious and creative experience. The effort that is put into the display of the high tea should match the service and experience being created. To not receive water, tea, champagne or anything for 45 min and there only being 3 other tables there with guests is ridiculous. Luckily we found Kim who was fantastic and chose to take care of us for the remainder of our stay. But to have the rest of the afternoon be guest recovery is disappointing. The moet experience should be something highlighted and in the forefront rather than tucked away in the corner. The savoury items in the makeup inspired box were fantastic. It was interactive with the crème fraîche paint tube and the, lip jam and cookie moisturizer container. The desserts were on the way to being delicious with being so beautiful but lacked flavour, quality and they were overly sweet. For the price of a luxury tea experience, this was not up to par with the competing experiences close by in the city.

   Savoury was very flavourful and displayed well. Only one was not to “my” taste (beef tartare tart). Sweets creativity was on point and believe the value is properly priced. However taste was okay. Tea selection limited. Service was great. Ambience more of a modern take than a traditional high tea.

   We went for the galentines experience and although presentation was nice there wasn’t enough savoury items . I would definitely recommend adding more of the savoury and less sweet as it’s impossible to finish those items.

   The experience of W Toronto was really good. We enjoyed the ambiance and we loved how it wasn’t as busy like normal restaurants are. I would to come here for a chill night! However, my girls and I came for the galentine experience, it was good but the price for the desserts & cookies wasn’t worth the price. I feel like there should have been more to it than just desserts. We will definitely come back here to eat dinner. Thanks again!

   Galentine’s High Beau-Tea! The full concept was genius! Loved the presentation and the details! 💄💋 We absolutely had an amazing time! The service was good! The savoury and the scones were our favourite. The sweet treats not so much but very « instagrammable »… if that’s even a word… The W Living Room is beautiful and airy. Overall, it was a win! Thank you for the experience!

    We went for the High Beau Tea Experience. Our server was amazing! The food was pretty and you can see all the artistic effort that went into making it. Overall everything is very sweet. The savoury/sandwiches are super fancy and not really for the masses (don't expect typical high tea sandwiches). Overall it was too sweet for us and therefore not worth the $250 it came to for the both of us.

    Galentines special Lunch. Cute concept, very cute presentation with edible make up, scones etc. however service was terrible. Brought wine list and then never saw server again so couldn’t even order Prosecco or Rose for a toast which I think should of been included with the price. Service was non existent. Great concept but didn’t deliver. Music could of been better, lighting. No ambiance

    We prepaid in advance food was ok. Price was very high for what we got. Some items were not there and replaced. The experience was average for the offer and marketing. We asked for options from the regular menu it was limited to two items. Def felt hustled by the galentines high tea.

    Interesting bar snack menu suitable for a pre theatre meal. Two beef tartares with fries & chicken croquettes left this couple barely room to share the fabulous maple walnut cheesecake before heading off to Mirvish production.

    Ambiance was great but service was terrible. Server took our first drink and didn’t come back to checkup, ask us if we wanted to order food (which we wanted to do), or ask us for a second drink order after glasses sat empty for over an hour. Had to walk up to the server station to be billed out. Disappointed at the service standard at restaurant inside the W hotel

    Sitting by the "fire pit" was lovely for our birthday celebration and the incredible KIM actually went to the trouble of presenting a little cheesecake with sparkler and beautifully rendered calligraphy which delighted the birthday boy! Will be back to both "Living Room" and "Skylight" as often as possible, W sprinkled their magic on midtown Toronto and we are all thrilled!!!!!!

    The food in this afternoon tea was not worth the money, especially as we had to prepay and an automatic 18% tip was included. We have had afternoon tea in many top Toronto Hotels, but this was the most expensive and no where near the best. Some of us were still hungry at the end.

    Service wasn’t the best. Not enough people working and very few bartenders. Food was good. Music was ok - not exactly what we were hoping for as it was kind of like euro edm vibes with no lyrics rather than some music we would know. Drinks were ok but expensive and took a very long time to order and sometimes 10min to pay.

    To plan an event and have just 2 Bartenders for over 300 people is irresponsible and management failed. The bartenders were great, just overwhelmed. Drinks were overly priced.

    This is probably the worst high tea experience I have ever had. I expected much more for the 95 dollar per person price tag. The food was minimal and mediocre. Spent a total of one hour there and barely ate anything and paid over 500 dollars for 4 people. Truly dissatisfied.
