    Beau-Tea is the cutest name for high tea, this theme is played throughout the entire tea. Our server was super knowledgeable of all the teas and provided great recommendations.

    I have never been more disappointed with a high-tea experience. Especially at this price point. While the venue itself is beautiful, the rest of the experience wasn’t. There were only about 4 tables who were taking part in the high tea - all of us were experiencing a huge lack of service. We were told things were “chaotic”, however given the ambience was non-existent (no music; really quiet), it took over 30 minutes for the server to even show up to our table, I don’t understand how a place that charged $100/pp for their high tea think this is excusable. We were not asked about any dietary restrictions, how we would take our tea, etc., nor were we advised what to expect. Once the food arrived, we were never checked in on see how we are doing (it took over 1 HOUR for it to arrive). The problem is that this seems to have happened at every table, regardless of server. Is this truly what is expected from the location here? Honestly, I should have simply walked out but given it was my birthday, I was hoping that the experience would get better. It did not. Sure, the presentation and the food was fantastic. But the concept has its flaws. When seated at a table of two, you have this HUGE makeup case that takes up the whole table, with barely any room for the your tea or additional drinks, nor can you really move about. You couldn’t even really pick at the food because you weren’t able to see INTO the case. Honestly, a smaller side table should be added alongside the case for this. What really surprised me is that your team turned away a number of people interested for high tea, telling them it was completely booked. This was the emptiest venue I have ever been to, but given the complete disrespect to all the guests with how things were being handled, I’m not surprised. They dodged a bullet The food itself was delicious. 5/5, even though we couldn’t eat a couple of items because no one really checked in on us or tell us what was going on. Overall, never returning.

    Beautiful place, waitstaff was kind. However, it took forever to get our order. She was kind enough to take the drinks off the bill. The food was excellent but the order was so slow to arrive. I don’t think I want to go back.

    Birthday dinner for family member. Sat outside on the fantastic patio space. Server was wonderful, food was great. Ordered pretty much every one of the small plates for the table. The chicken and watermelon salad are especially worth trying.

    Not a huge menu, but fine for lunch. It is definitely a living room feeling, laid back and very open. Not a typical restaurant vibe, so if you are looking for the dining room feel, the Public School downstairs is better. This is good for a conversation and relaxing.

    The Beau-tea experience was incredible! I have been to many hotels in the city for high tea and I must say this was the most unique and modern concept I have experienced. The service was outstanding. As a vegetarian they accommodated me without me even asking. I highly recommend the W!

    Amazing experience with afternoon Beau Tea. We have been doing afternoon tea all over the GTA for many years....this was definitely the best one we have had. The food was delicious, even the lactose free one. The service was wonderful and the space is beautiful with the indoor/outdoor space.

    We have had afternoon tea all over the UK and have been disappointed in Canada with bland cupcakes and tired sandwich fingers at most places. W Hotel was the exception! Very pretty afternoon tea served up in an imaginative manner with flair and splendid flavors galore! Well done, W! Not a cupcake in sight! We had a lovely time. I have already recommended the tea to several friends.

    Enjoyed the set up of the colorful lunch box. And the variety of tea. I thought overall the cost of the Tea Experience was too expensive and the ambiance of the Living room missed the mark for me. It did not give tea lunch vibes in my opinion.

    Service was fantastic. Food was great, drinks were incredible (really very tasty), and the ambiance was posh but also cozy. Some people dressed to the nines and others in jeans- both worked well. Highly recommend!

    Our high tea experience was fantastic! Food was delicious and uniquely presented. The ambience was great! It was a little on the expensive side but it was for my friend’s birthday so it was fine. What was especially memorable for us was the service. They were extremely attentive making sure everything was to our liking, asked if they could take our pictures for us and refilling our teapots when they were empty. I will come back to the Living Room because of this. Exceptional!

    We had the most AMAZING experience at the Living room! The ambiance is absolutely stunning and relaxing, the colour schemes was vibrant and captivating and the staff was immaculate! I was nervous about the non traditional style of seating, I’m used to sitting across someone and not directly beside people at a restaurant but I wouldn’t have had it any other way ! It was such an intimate dinner, quiet, great music and the food was better than we could have hoped for! We had about 3 servers take care of us for different needs, I didn’t catch all their names but we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Naomi! She’s such a delight! She was very patient and friendly, upbeat and warm. To the gentleman that accommodated me with the champagne, thank you so much for helping me create a beautiful night with my partner! 20/20 would definitely recommend. I’m excited to come back and try other items on the menu. We had the jerk chicken skewers and ravioli and couldn’t stop eating off each other’s plate! The jerk chicken was really well seasoned and the aioli sauce paired with it was delicious! The drinks are are so pretty to look at and taste even better! I had the lavender drink that looks like it came in a magic Crystal ball! We had a great time and such a romantic date night. Thanks again to all the staff !

    Definitely recommend the High Beau-Tea experience for a cute date with a best friend/family member/partner. The food presentation is great for pictures (the edible lipstick confused so many people watching my stories hahahaha)

    We were seated in a corner so didn’t get much experience with “ambiance”. The couches we were seated at had hair from another guest all over them. There were no cushions to make our seat more comfortable so I had to go searching for back pillows. Brian made up for it. He was so kind and super attentive. Naomi who also helped with our table was also lovely. The food was amazing. The beef tacos were flavourful, the chicken skewers were skinny but delicious and the croquets were perfect.

    As far as I am concerned, best burger in town! The place was very appealing. Great ambiance. Only thing with service I was never offered water at all. I finally asked after an hour (which was fine as I had prosecco) but don't feel I should have had to, and then never offered again. Great new place

    Fantastic venue with DJ, insta worthy. Mexican menu was delicious. Wonderful to meet the GM and chef from Mexico. Wish we can keep her in TO. Mike was super attentive and so professional! Thank you for helping us celebrate a birthday.

    Food tasted good. Casual Fancy is what I would call the type of this restaurant. On Friday/Saturday nights, they have a live DJ who was playing really nice music. Overall a good experience for the date night.

    My daughter celebrated her 16 birthday with 5 friends at the W high tea. The food was charming and plentiful, the service was great and it made for a very special event. Thank you to the staff for treating the girls to a great afternoon out!
