Not the best evening. Service was very slow. Took forever to order and get our food and drinks. Kitchen must have been very backed up. Food was ok but no beets on the beet salad. Really!! Had to request them. My entree was gluten free pasta and really quite blah. The veal parmigiana was ok and my husband’s pasta was ok too. Not the best tonight and we have eaten here before with much better service and food.

Food and server were excellent. Server inadvertently spilled a full glass of red wine in my lap. Carlos called and apologized and offered a complimentary meal in exchange. This was unexpected and very much appreciated!!! Looking forward to continuing to patronage this excellent restaurant!

Outstanding server! Unfortunately, two of the dishes were virtually tasteless, but the two veal dishes were very good. It deserves another shot, but I’m not in a rush.

We are happy we discovered Waldo’s this fall when we were staying at the Marriott villas. We took our adult children back to try it and they enjoyed it as well. We especially loved the lasagna

Last night was about our 8th or 9th visit, and it didn't disappoint. We wanted a light, early dinner and were given the choice of a two top in the bar area or standard seating in the dining room. We opted for the two top and enjoyed sitting in the busy bar area. Our server, Carlos, was terrific, from bringing our drinks before ordering apps and entree's, throughout the service. The bruschetta was delicious and quite filling, Caesar salad was plentiful and the pasta rustic was superb. We'll be back!

We were staying in Palm Desert for vacation and wanted something good without having to drive to Palm Springs. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and amazing service. The owner or manager was also very attentive. The food was great! Highly recommend!

Food was hot and served graciously by wait staff. Serverers were attentive to our needs. Atmosphere was pleasant. We were not rushed as it got busier. Food is delicious and was hot.

We were looking for a nice restaurant close by that we had never eaten at before. We were greeted warmly and seated on time. The food was fantastice and the ambiance was very nice. We will definitely eat here again.

From the time we walked in. Seated right away. Amazing team work service. Delicious fresh thick prosciutto served tableside. Amazing warm bread and butter. Cheese cubes. Amazing spaghetti with meatballs to spumoni desert. We will be back. This will be our regular once a week place. Thank you for your restaurant Waldos ❣❣

Have eaten at Waldos twice in the past month, both were great experiences. Excellent wine list and menu selections. Loved the bruschetta and short rib ravioli. Also really nice decor and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Was here this past Sunday with my sister who I was visiting from NJ. I thought my entree, Chicken Parm, was ok. I didn’t really like the sauce and the side of spaghetti had too much sauce making it difficult to eat and enjoy. The wait staff, although nice, was way to fast. Our appetizer came out almost immediately after ordering and the entrees were a fast follow. We were out of the restaurant in less than an hour. My sister has been before and enjoyed her dish, the bolognese, but that too looked like too much sauce/gravy for the portion of pasta.

This was our first visit to Waldo’s. Everything was just OK. We were seated outside like we requested but we were seated off by ourselves even though there appeared to be plenty of seating in the other outdoor area. Service was OK as well. Slow to get things started, but they allowed us enough time to enjoy our cocktails and our appetizers. Dinner was again just OK. Nothing special, simply as expected. Price was high enough that we will not be hurrying back.

I had the Puttensca on penne the pasta was over cooked and my wife had a dish served with penne and it was over cooked as well. I also don’t appreciate the individual seating me calling me ‘Boss’ I wouldn’t return.

When we are in the desert, we always visit Waldo’s. It has become our favorite Italian restaurant in the desert. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious.

1. Did not appreciate being hurried along. We were in and out in barely an hour. Not good for date night. Rez was for 5:30 and we were hustled in and out. 2. Table for 2 was too small - barely room for bread and cutlery. 3. Staff needed to be better equipped in managing the flow of patrons - we had people standing over us discussing table seating. 4. Food was hot and good, served very quickly (see #1). 5. It feels the restaurant is the too small for all that’s going on. 6. Despite our observations, we chose to return because of food quality and taste.

This is my second visit in under a week. Our server was the same both times. He is exceptional at his job! This time I had a Caesar Salad and the Lobster Ravioli….excellent! Can’t wait to go back with more friends!

Food is always very good. My wife had a pasta dish and I had veal marsala which was perfect as we could share. My only minor complaint is that the 2 top tables are very small. We had to send the bread back with the server when our first course arrived to give us a little more room.

Love this place and been satisfied. This time Ordered Cesar salad before entree and it was awful. White lettuce with no flavor and just not fresh. Dressing was very sparse and very unappealing.
