We’ve been to Wasatch Brewery a few times, and honestly every time we go we count on the food being bad. The location and atmosphere are great which is the main attraction, but the food is really awful. I’d rather eat at McDonald’s and just come here for drinks. I’ve tried something new every time I’ve come here and it’s also not great. The menu itself is fine, but the quality of food needs work. There’s also a couple other issues: 1) they seemed to be out of a lot of things. 2) They don’t serve non-alcoholic beer. This seems like a big fail for people who don’t drink but still want to enjoy the atmosphere or the brewery. 3) they don’t offer any sour beers. As a brewery, this seems like it should be pretty basic. Again, the atmosphere is great and the beer they do offer is good, which is what brings us back. But we probably won’t be ordering food here again unless something changes in the kitchen.

An absolutely amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. Our waiter was amazing and made it all perfect. Sadly I don’t remember this name- long red hair and a hat and a few tattoos- shorter. He was so great!! And my salmon entree and drink were fantastic. Best salmon entree I’ve ever had, I was so happy with it. I swapped asparagus for sautéed carrots and parsnips so asparagus wouldn’t make me stink later. LOL My date dared me to try a odd drink he loves- a Fireball and Lemonade shaken and it was FANTASTIC?! The waiter was astonished and said the people in the back all had to try it as well and loved it! Thanks for the great Valentine’s Day Dinner Wasatch! - Brooklyn

Have been many times. Food is typical brewpub food and good for the price. Worst service this visit. Service also bad last time. Orders were missed. Female Server unprofessional and having long conversations with other employees and neglecting tables. Frustrating night out.

We used to come here all of the time, but the price increase on all of their food and drinks does not reflect the quality and service. Our server came over twice and we waited about 30 minutes trying to get our check. $14 for wings is ridiculous.

The staff were so accommodating, kind and prompt—we'll definitely come back! We enjoyed the outdoor igloo with beer flights, a fresh pretzel and warm apple pie. We came prepared with winter apparel so it wasn't too cold on a snowy, cold evening (they do provide a small space heater but we'd probably bring a blanket in addition next time).
