    Water Grill is one of our favorite go-to places on the Las Vegas Strip. Quality and selection of fresh seafood is unmatched. We keep finding ourselves going back. Love it!

    Had scallops and steak and it was delicious. Wife had Seabass and it was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. Absolutely delicious and on point service. Totally recommend it. Had an elderflower gin cocktail before dinner and it could not have been better

    We came to Water Grill for our anniversary and it was romantic and lovely. Rose petals at the table and an insanely good cookie dessert (which was half chocolate and half not… which was perfect for the two of us). Our waitstaff was lovely and I think I might have said holy f*** after my first bite of the bass in Sage butter which was simply phenomenal. Great experience.

    Food was not the star as hoped. Seafood (Halibut, shrimp oysters) didn't seem as fresh tasting and smelling as hoped

    This is our favorite sea food restaurant in Vegas. We come here every time we are in Vegas. The fish is very fresh and so are the oysters 😋.
