    My wife ordered the tuna, and it was bad. Not badly cooked, it was past its good through date bad. We have been here 4 times now, the first time was wonderful, the second time was ok, and the last two times were terrible. Will not be back.

    We ate there last year and had a great meal. Had reservations 1-26-23. The oysters were really good but, that was it. My wife ordered the Chapino portions were really small compared to last year. Hardly any seafood. I had the fried sea bass. It was really spicy and over cooked. I was not aware that I was going to pay $100.00 for a piece of fish. The lettuce was from the bottom of the crisper drawer. Out waiter let us run out of ice tea. Not very attentive at all. VERY disappointed for a $200.00 plus dollar meal.

    Everything was prepared to perfection! The sorbet is made in-house. it’s a perfect ending after you have had mass quantities of seafood. Highly recommend. A hidden gem.

    Group of 5 - business meeting. Seated 45 minutes late. Service was not great. Our table was very strange - basically one person on one side, and 4 people around the other side staring at the one person. All in all a pretty crappy experience, and would never eat there again.

    Awesome food, very good service ONCE seated. The hostess desk - well let me put it this way….. I made reservations - got there 5 mins before time of reservation and waited an additional 45 minutes to be seated. The hostess desk kept on saying it’ll be another 5-10 mins. But once we were seated, it was perfect! Brendon who waited on us was impeccable and the food delightful.

    The service clouds the good food. Bar service super slow from our table. Waiter served us water and waited 15 until we flagged to get a drink order. Pull and tug like that all night. Never pro active. Pushed for entree order prior to app order being in. Fries in the side served warm. Sent back came back warm. Took off bill without follow up I guess they decided I was a pain and they couldn’t serve hot fries. Overwhelmed with the lowness. Overall good food though.

    The service was excellent, the restaurant was beautiful, the overall atmosphere was great. We were running late and they held our table well after the reservation time. It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond. Would defiantly recommend if your on the strip in Vegas.

    Everything we tried was delicious! The clams were the best. I had the salmon and pesto risotto and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Chilean sea bass and he said it was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

    Thank you for making this B-Day evening amping friends so special and memorable. Staff was friendly and attentive, food was delicious, table was perfect (just as we requested), B-Day card on the table and dessert were amazing…. We had a blast! We never miss Water Grill when we’re in Vegas and nights like this one are the reason why. See you soon!

    We went to Water grill based on the rave reviews, but we were incredibly disappointed. The front desk staff was abrupt, we were seated at a table that had an awkward pillar imposing in the seating space (despite the restaurant having plenty of other tables and booths open). It took 10 minute before our waiter came to take our drink orders, and another 10 minutes before cocktails made it to the table. Perhaps most problematic of all though, the food was sent out in this order: main course of tuna, quickly followed by the beet salad. The oysters were delivered to the table about 10 minutes after the main meal was delivered, which meant that the flavor of the oysters was basically destroyed by the spicy salmon we had eaten earlier. All in all, the food was fine, but I would absolutely not go back. There are much better places with decent service in Vegas.

    I have eaten at the Water Grill in San Diego, LA and Vegas. My recent visit to the Las Vegas location was the worse experience I have every had entertaining a group of 8 people. Had reservation at 7PM Jan. 10th. - They had NO CRAB which they are noted for (very disappointing). Had to settle for crab legs, lobster and steak. When advised that a couple of my guests requested non dairy the steak and lobster was served with butter. Not good and had to send the dishes back. Once the final bill came that was over $1,000.00, I had $400.00 in gift cards and $80.00 in bonus cards to put towards it. I was told the $400.00 gift cards could go towards the bill but I can only use $20.00 of the bonus cards. Not good customer service when your out with a group of people enjoying yourself and you need to deal with paying the bill with gift cards purchased. With this experience, I doubt I'll dine there again.
