   Waverly has become one our new go to spot! We honestly think that Monuments(sister restaurants best cooks were sent to Waverly)! monument of course is still a go to especially if you live in Charlestown. We Loved the vibe, aesthetic and the cocktails are amazing at Waverly! I recommend Junebug and cucumber.. something I forgot the name but easy to spot on the list. We’ve been twice and I will say the bread is unnecessary. It’s good the butter is better but if you’re searching for an app stick to the sweet potato bites with the sweet chili sauce! For a main if your a pasta lover that loves flavor go with the papardelle with sausage and ricotta. If you’re looking for a delicious lighter meal with a. Kick try the spinach fettuccine with grilled shrimp. Can’t go wrong with either. My bf got the steak with Caio e Pepe fries. In my opinion fries were a little toooo salty for my taste but with both agreed 8/10 or higher. The second time we came he tried the burger. That one bite I had cause he offered to share was so good I think I’ll be coming back for that! The staff is kind and they did miss hear our order the first time brining a whole buratta app instead of the papardelle with nitrate and quickly apologized with drinks on the house. They were Flexible with making a reservation as they offer the bar first come. And kitchen seating. We enjoyed sitting by the kitchen as the cooks were fast pace and it made us more excited to try the food! excited to come back!!

   Great place to eat in Charlestown. I had the Greek wrap with Souvlaki Chicken for lunch and it was delicious. They give you the option of half fries-half salad as the side, which was perfect for me. Fast & friendly service, great ambience.

   The smoked bluefish pate was phenomenal, and the seared day boat scallops were the star of the show. Absolutely incredible meal with a fun vibe to sit at the countertop overlooking the staff doing their thing. The cocktails were also delicious and well balanced, and they had a ice cream sandwich dessert special that couldn't have been better! Highly recommend Waverly!

    First time and loved it. Great ambiance, good variety of food options, and attentive service. Loved the Mediterranean flavors for the salmon and couscous. French fries were amazing and the Parker rolls were great. Definitely returning soon!

    Waverly has an awesome vibe! It feels energetic and like it’s the place to be. The food was great too - our table had some mahi, the short rib, and the burger which were all great. Love the atmosphere the most though!!

    Waverly is a great addition to Charlestown! I've eaten there several times -- for breakfast/brunch and dinner. Food is very good, service professional and friendly, cocktails delicious (even though they don't have a full liquor license), and the restaurant is very cozy and pretty. Both my husband and I enjoyed the Monday night Bunker Hill Beach House menu yesterday evening -- one hot and one cold lobster roll, washed down with a delicious Junebug cocktail, and finished off with a fabulous house-made ice cream "chipwich". It can get loud later in the week, because it's very popular, but that wouldn't stop me from returning on a weekend. We've already made another dinner reservation!

    Always enjoy our trips to Waverly. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rolls are perfect! The food is fresh, beautifully presented and delicious! We love the salads and the alcohol free drink options. Can’t wait to return!

    I’ve been here for brunch & dinner and I honestly can not decide which is better….they’re both phenomenal! Highly recommend checking it out, grab a drink and snack at the bar or get a table and stay for a bit and enjoy the vibes of Waverly.

    The hostess was little rude at the beginning because we asked to sit by the window seat instead of a booth. She did grant our simple wish but made sure to give attitude. Once we were seated and in the hands of the waitress we had a great experience. Service was top notch and awesome food. The Banana Bread, Oysters, Steak Burrito, Eggs Benedict and the Waverly Burger were all phenomenal. The one plate I was not entirely impressed with was the Greek Wrap (with chicken)...maybe should have tried with Falafel. Either way I will definitely be back to try more things off the menu.

    Food was fantastic. Perfectly cooked scallops and wonderful (amazing) spring pea salad. We were in a wonderful corner seat, and weren't crowded at all. While we got there early (5:15) for the quiet and calm of early dining, by the time we finished it was too loud.

    This was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. Restaurant was very busy for a Wednesday night so I was glad I made reservations. Split the zucchini appetizer that was delicious. I had the short ribs and my girlfriend had the roasted chicken and both were excellent. Split a strawberry tiramisu that was very good. Service was great and overall it was a very enjoyable dinner.

    Weather was miserable but Waverly was great. Sunday Brunch- full but not crowded. Great vibe- Food was delicious. And drinks were perfect. Bellini & Bloody Mary's! Service was great-server was happy and upbeat. Great afternoon

    We started with 1/2 dozen oysters that were fresh and delicious. We then shared French Onion soup that was literally the best I have ever had. I had the Dayboat Scallop dinner that I loved and my husband had the Bolognese. My husband was pleased with the beer choices. I had a yummy cocktail. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is a little tight and gets a bit loud but the food was amazing. I also loved the fact the menu is short and not pages long!

    Burger was great. Salmon dinner was great. We were very disappointed in the raw oysters. Very small with quite a few shell bits. When oysters are half price, we still expect high quality…these seemed like they were also half the quality. I can’t imagine being charged $3.50 each for what was served to us!

    Second time coming here. Bring your grandma or girlfriends or lover to brunch. Love the gluten free options, the absolutely amazing house-cut bacon, and fabulous drinks. Noise level is loud- but we were also adding to it laughing and having a ridiculously good time. It’s a small little diner that has soft angles, soft lighting, and is incredibly cozy. Coffee is great and fresh. Banana bread is sweet and tasty- with pecan butter. The cacio e Pepe fries were super delicious and the duck poutine is on another level with the egg on top and duck skin adding texture and flavor. All the tiny details add up and elevate their food from a typical diner breakfast to a culinary treat. But not every item is a sinful indulgence. The egg white omelette leaves you feeling satisfied but your pants stay buttoned. The baklava French toast was split between the table and everyone loved it. Even down to the quiche of the day- served warm covered in melting cheese and a fresh salad with a pesto dressing, you simply can’t choose a bad item. Drinks and food reflect the care put into them- service was helpful and timely. Two bars for couples and singles looking for a nice easy morning. Love the music in here too.     The ambience of the restaurant is stunning and has an extremely cute welcoming feel. The food was amazing, we got the griddle fried banana bread, the Waverly burger with a sunny side egg on top, and the eggs benedict. The service was spot on and got drinks and food in good time. I will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu. FYI reservations would be a good idea...place was fully loaded when we went.
