A Finalist for Best Wine Tasting in Ventura County by the LA Times, West Tasting Room is a wine bar and light-fare restaurant showcasing boutique wineries throughout the West Coast regions of California, Oregon and Washington. Our wine list rotates weekly as we pour 20+ wines by the glass, offer a build-your-own wine flight experience and pair it all perfectly with charcuterie boards, artisanal pizzas and salads.

Our wine selection varies from natural wines like Pét-Nats to Burgundian-Style Oregon Pinot Noirs to Napa Valley Cabernets and more. Try one of our guests' favorite pizzas like our Burrata, Prosciutto and Honey or our Leek & Ricotta. We offer wine & cheese pairing packages, host monthly Winemaker events, and even teach wine classes led by one of our six sommeliers on staff.

All wines poured by the glass are also available to purchase from our bottle shop. Pizza and charcuterie are also available to-go.

The Thousand Oaks team is coming together with thousands of people across the country at Walk MS to raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. We're thrilled to be pouring some beautiful wines from Germany alongside German style beers and some grilled bratwursts this Saturday, 10/5 from 12 - 5 for our Oktoberfest celebration. Taste through a wine flight of four German wines for $35. German wines are renowned for their exceptional quality. Famous for their Rieslings, either bone-dry or super sweet, Germany also has lesser known wines including Pinot Noir, Dornfelder and more. Reservations recommended. Prost!

First time at this quaint little wine bar. I had a reservation and was immediately greeted by Amy, the owner. She was gracious, hospitable, and knowledgeable regarding wine selection and food pairing suggestions. All staff were attentive and kind throughout our experience. I’ve already told two more friends about this place, and will be returning. It’s a great place to meet before attending events at BAPAC. Thank you, Amy.

We love West!!! It’s a favorite stop on a Fun Friday or a Sunday Funday. The staff is always great and friendly!!! The pizza is great and charcuterie is a must!!!

We had a great first experience, celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary. The owner, Amy, greeted us. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. There is a plethora of wines to choose from. We will definitely go back to support this local establishment.

Went to the West Tasting Room today for their celebration of smaller wineries. We were able to speak with and get 5 tastings from 2 different companies from the Santa Barbara County. Ordered the cheese plate and it was amazing! We will definitely be returning!

We love West. The food is always delicious, the variety of wines offered is always on point and well thought, and the service is attentive and knowledgeable. Peter is always great at guiding you to which wines you would enjoy.
