I was really excited to try this steakhouse as they pride themselves on their gourmet steaks and we were celebrating my daughters 28th birthday. I regret to inform that it did not meet the hype. The steaks were overpriced for the type of cuts advertised. They were very blande and way under & over cooked. Our server Daisy was AMAZING! She did everything possible to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. When we asked to speak to a manger, he came over and was very nonchalant about our concerns. I live in Houston and great steakhouses are of abundance, so I’m familiar with what a $40 bone in rib-eye should be.. however this was not it. I’m sad to report that we will not be returning here.

Food was delicious and presented well. The only complaint we have was our food was brought out and none of us had steak knives to cut our steaks and chicken. We asked for them right away and the wait person took her time bringing them - meanwhile our food sat there cooling off because we didn't have knives. Other than that, everything was great and we will be back.

The food was fantastic but this is the second time I've been to this location and the service is poor. Our server kept walking off when we were not done talking, was rude, and took a long time to service our table. I will not be returning to the Airway location. Shame because the food was really good.

Our server, Adrian, was excellent. He knew the menu made outstanding recommendations and you could tell he enjoyed working there. Super attentive and friendly! The food was really good and the prices were beyond reasonable!

My family and I drove by El Paso on our way to California. We picked this restaurant based on its great Google reviews. We were wowed instantly the moment we walked in, by the overall interior design and furnishings of the restaurant. Lunch specials start at $9.99. We ordered tilapia fillet, fajitas tacos. The mango salad with grilled salmon was delicious! The server was friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean.

This is the first steak house I have ever eaten at where everyone at the table had no choice but to send their steaks back due to them being well over cooked; I was so excited to finally get a chance to go because we are from out of state. Maybe next time they will get it right.

Nessa was amazing server she took very good care of us for my son's birthday dinner. We bought chiles guerdos and they were very small and overcooked Nessa made it right with bringing us fresh ones that were what we were use to. We sat in the booth by the kitchen and the entire dinner the carts would hit the back of the booth. No one was careful and it became annoying.

I made a reservation through their website for my wife’s birthday. When we arrived, I notified the host about our reservation, and he had no idea what we were talking about. He was able to seat us, and we were served. I ordered a Dr Pepper and it was honestly just water. Their sodas have little to no syrup in them. The waitress Elizabeth was super friendly and an overall joy to be served by. I ordered a filet mignon and my wife the chicken breast. We were seated right next to the kitchen and could see our food being prepared. We had no idea the kitchen stopped taking orders at 9, otherwise we would have made an earlier reservation. My wife and I watched the kitchen crew begin breaking the kitchen down, completely neglecting our cooking food. We noticed my steak catch fire, and no one seemed to be bothered. I never thought someone would serve a steak so black and charred the way mine was. It was an absolute wast of $40.00. My wife’s chicken was so salty, it was inedible. Overall, for what we spent, you could do way better.

Never been served anything as fast as there. Drinks within 2-3 minutes, appetizers within 5 minutes, food (steak) 10 minutes after that. Very attentive server. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

Ordered fried chicken. Unfortunately, had to send my plate back since the mashed potatoes were slightly warm and the vegetable medley was cold and reminded me and my wife of just thawed vegetables. Also, didn't understand but first plate came with three pieces of chicken sized like chicken nuggets. Next plate came with the whole chicken breast. Asked waiter whose explanation was different preps but that didn't explain why the nuggets were smaller than the whole chicken breast on the second plate. Additionally, vegetable medley on second plate was warmer but not hot. We have had good service there and enjoyed our meals in the past so I'm hoping this was just a bump in the road and is not a trend.

Our daughter's food was not brought out with our food, so she ended up eating half of my wife's steak. By the time they brought our daughter's food, my wife's food was cold, my food was cold. It wasn't the waitresses fault - someone took my daughter's order but when we complained to the "service manager" all they offered was free alcohol and dessert. We didn't want alcohol. We wanted the experience of having a family dinner together. Free tres leches cake didn't make up for that either. They took 50% off my wife's steak (ostensibly since my daughter ate half of it). When we called back to tell them our frustration, the service manager hung up the phone. There was no yelling, no swearing, none of that. I wouldn't call that a "service manager" if he's not willing to take constructive criticism or do anything other than offer free drinks or desserts. It was such a horrible experience that we will never, ever go back there. Ever. We love to eat out , we love to have a good experience, but we'll find it somewhere else in El Paso. It's unfortunate the rude behavior of a person charged with ensuring the service is up to par or taking steps to ensure we come back failed in his most basic of duties. For that, we'll spend our money at another steakhouse that values its customers.

We were just treated as a number. It was our anniversary but the server had no way of knowing since her day consists of just doing what is expected. Never refilled drinks never asked how things were forgot our asparagus , never said sorry just removed from bill. Potatoes were cold butter never melted. I guess this will not be our choice for our next special occasion.

The food is good, better than serviceable and when they cook a steak right it’s definitely a home run. That being said they don’t get it right often. A simple cocktail order or the temperature requested for a cooked steak are easily messed up. The wait staff is as hit and miss as it gets. The have some real pros but the pretenders have the pros out numbered on this wait staff. They smile at all the right times, especially when they are correcting any one of the multiple mistakes that will be made throughout the course of your visit. Bottom line is, the food can be worth the roll of the dice, but go knowing you are indeed rolling the dice.
