First time ordering a dry age steak. I asked for a medium-rare but was brought out a rare steak. The quality of the food declines closer to closing time. My wife’s steak was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Sides were good. The old fashions were smooth. Overall, good restaurant.

Compared to the first time we visited the restaurant, this go around was much better. Our server was top notch , the food was better then before. Our group could definitely tell there was a difference on overall quality due to the “day” and “time” of our visit. Would visit again.

Food is always amazing but unfortunately this time the two people at our table that ordered burgers received cold food. Do love chop house though and will be back. We ordered spinach dip and Chipotle Alfredo w chicken. Both were amazing as were the margaritas.

Hubby got the bone-in dry aged ribeye and it was delicious. I've had dry aged at other restaurants and wasn't a fan, too salty; but here, it was very good. They had a new cook and overcooked my Halibut, and my sisters filet minon (came out medium/medium well instead of medium rare); we didnt send our plates back, we don't like food being wasted. The manager came to talk to our table to apologize and for the issues, he comped the seafood dishes, and provided other items free of charge to us. Even though our fist visit wasn't perfect, we will be going back because the service was great and some of the food was very good. I recommend it just have some grace if things aren't perfect, we're all human.

It was my fiancé birthday and it was a terrible experience! It took half an hour to get out drinks and then an 1 hour and 15 min for our food to come out and get my order wrong! I ordered a well done steak and it was still bloody. They took the steak back and it took another 30 min to get my food. My fiancé had to eat without me. By the time I got my food I wasn’t hungry anymore. The worst thing was we had a reservation and got terrible service. Our waiter hardly came to check on us too. Bad experience

Went for late lunch early dinner … on a date with my husband who had been traveling We were excited to try as it was our first visit drinks were great wedge salad was great but had to send our steaks back 3 times still couldn’t get them right so just gave up trying to enjoy our date our bread was tough like it’s been microwaved too much and the cheesecake was extremely dry and crumbly. They were kind enough to not charge for my steak or cheesecake … but would have just preferred a great meal!
