We are growers of oysters, mussels and clams in the renowned waters of Westcott Bay on San Juan Island, Washington. The Tide Tables restaurant incorporates seasonal dishes sourced from local farms, and our freshly harvested oysters and clams. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for the Tide Tables, we have very limited walk in space!
A few things to note about your reservation:
All reservations are for 1.5 hours based on your reservation start time, we recommend arriving on time to ensure you get the whole time.
You can now make reservations for up to 20 people.
We are unable to itemize bills for parties of 8+ people.

With a chill in the air, there is something refreshing about bundling up around a fire, slurping down oysters, and sipping on a beverage. A true taste of the island life. Reservations can be made in our Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, or at our tables under cover with our propane heaters. Walk-in space is limited, all tables are outdoors, and seating is only available between 3-4pm.

We want to invite you to our dinner table! Enjoy a hearty meal featuring an appetizer, entree and dessert. One menu, one seating, enjoyed by all. Our menu is different every week, showcasing the seasonal changes and featuring different flavors. At the end of the day, we want to feed people good food that highlights the local splendors of the island in a way that will fill you up and feed your soul. Doors will open at 5:30, and dinner will start at a 6:00pm. Price does not include beverages, which can be selected at dinner. Payment will be taken after dinner is served. *Please contact us in advance if you have allergies, because we are serving a set menu we may not always be able to accommodate all allergies.

Oysters are only part of the experience here. The menu offers salads and clams and charcuterie platters and great lemonade! Good bread, great wines, and what else do you need?! But the most incredible part of the experience is the ambiance - because there you are, right at the oyster beds, watching them shuck and eating yummy food right there on the ocean bay. Wow.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience all the way around. Service was amazing. The food was beyond delicious and very high quality. The setting is truly a special spot.We return as often as we can.

We had a fantastic family gathering at Westcott Bay Shellfish Co! Every dish was incredible and I think I'll be dreaming about the stoplight trio and the panzanella salad for the rest of my life. The raw oysters are fantastic and the grilled oysters are flavorful and exceptional.

Always a pleasure visiting the Oyster farm. The spotlight grilled oysters were fantastic. We also ordered the kale salad which was shared among a few. Great and very fresh. A wonderful Way to end the summer.
