Good food good service good expirience
The food was exceptional as well as the service. I like that they have 2 servers who were both very personable.
Great waiter and beautiful restaurant. Food was dynamite. Steak cut like butter.
Absolutely delicious food. The service was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Always a fantastic experience.
My husband and I went there to celebrate his Birthday during our stay. The experience was very good from beginning to end! The hostess was very pleasant, our wait staff was exceptionally well and they all had a great sense of humor which is a good thing with my husband!
The food was outstanding and just enough for the two of us. They even brought out a special birthday dessert for my husband, which we thought was very kind!
We would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Always can be counted on for a good steak. Service is frriendly.
My sister in law's birthday and her first visit. She thought the steak was one of the best she ever had and thoroughly enjoyed everything. .including the fuss our servers made over her for her birthday!
Always a great time. Excellent food Excellent service!
Birthday dinner for our daughter. Love coming there always a wonderful dining experience!!!!!
Great meal. Wish they would add a decorative steak sauce to the plate like other high end steak houses. Otherwise fantastic experience
Date. Steak and sides excellent. Salmon was terrible. Should stick with meat selections. Expensive for what you get
We got the Date Night Special and it was wonderful, cooked to perfection.
8 oz fillet, garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini and a side Caesar salad.
Service was outstanding.
Will return again soon.
We were celebrating our daughter’s engagement to our future son in law.
I had a very delish 7oz tail and a 12 oz filet both way overpriced but delish. Husband had a strip steak which unfortunately wad terrible. The noise level it's so loud I mean honestly when you over pay for a meal you shouldn't have to have to shout to your partner and leave with ears ringing .
We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant.
Food was very good service was wonderful wetter easy to talk to not pushy we will go back
The food was excellent and the staff were engaged and fun. Excellent experience.
Great dinner. The food and service was awesome. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes a fine dining experience.
Just fantastic, food was delicious and fresh! Great servers!
Very good food and service. It's not y favorite casino steakhouse--I'd like to see a bit more of an extensive menu--but it's consistently good.
I have been to other steakhouses that meet or exceed the standard of a 4-star or 5-star restaurant. I (Joanne) ordered scallops, which came to the table and were entirely overcooked. I took one bite and left them all on the plate. Steak was good.
No one ever came back to take a dessert order, so we flagged down our assistant server. He apologized and took our order. While we were waiting for our desserts, our waitress came over, handed us our bill and said "Have a great night". We told her we ordered desserts and we were waiting for them. She stormed off and never came back. Our assistant server brought us our desserts, and our bill. We had an Advantage Gift Certificate for $200 which he took. Our bill was $160. He came over and said everything was fine. We asked for a receipt, and he said he could not give us one. We wanted to be able to take two desserts "to go" to take to our room because we still had $40 left on our gift certificate, and he said no, that we could not do that.
If anyone is going to spend their money on a good steakhouse, I would recommend Buffalo Chop House over this place any day of the week!
All 4 of us liked our meals. Loved the appetizers . I ordered the carmelized mushrooms as a side. I shared them with the others. They were delicious, but we could not finish all of them. Our main courses were very filling. My husband shared his sweet potato with my 2 cousins. The potato was plenty big enough for all 3 of them to enjoy. Our waitress was very good. We did find the restauraunt very noisy at first. Much better when it thinned out. We unfortunalely had a table of very loud women beside us. I could block them out, but they were really bothering my female cousin who was sitting the closest to them. I know you have no way to control how loud some people get. Overall, we had a lovely experience and were not rushed at all. We had plenty of time to have a great conversatuon with our coisins. Hope to take them out to dinner with us again some time in the future.
The food is always delicious, service is great, and atmosphere is terrific. Top notch restaurant!
The service was excellent. We had the young man who was busboy there for many years who is now a waiter . We had lots of fun with them. Food was excellent. Love our filets. Thanks so much and Happy New Year
We always have a wonderful dining experience when we visit the Western Door. The food is delicious and the staff over extend themselves.
Our server named ANTHONY is and has been an asset to our dining experience. Exceptional sevice, deliciously prepared entrees and an attented staff. Quality at it's best. Thank you.
Hal and Anthony are the best hosts and Jeremy is one of their best waiters. Everyone there is terrific. One of my favorite places to dine.
The food was excellent and the wait staff was perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Cathy and Rachel were outstanding - we wanted a relaxing enjoyable dinner and these ladies made sure of it. Will definitely ask for them again / they be keepers👍👍👏👏🎉🎉
Everytime we go, the food is phenomenal 🥩 the service was very good but took a little long to get our drinks.
As always a great dining experience. We go several times/year, but especially 12/28 for our anniversary. never disappoints.
Fantastic dinner and service as usual
Every time we come it is a new taste sensation.
Other than they gave me my son’s steak and him, mine. We didn’t realize it till we cut it and ate part of it. He noticed his was not medium but well done which I ordered. Otherwise the caramelized mushrooms and fresh bread was so good and the folks that service the tables were awesome.
Excellent as always.
Wonderful time great seats by the window. Waiters were excellent and so was the food.
Our son was home for the holidays and we were looking forward to taking him to the Western Door. Our last experience at the restaurant was top notch. It was a quiet night in the restaurant. Only a few tables were occupied. After being seated multiple servers passed by our table without stopping. Finally a server stopped by and told us someone would be with us shortly. Two of us at the table had the filet mignon. It was tasty. My son ordered the porterhouse medium. It was definitely more on the medium rare side. The only food that was served hot were the potato wedges. Everything else was Luke warm. The rolls were not even warm. There are many fabulous steakhouses in the area. Not sure if we will be back again.
Excellent food and service! Wouldn’t get a steak any other place.
First time we’ve been here since a remodel. It is nice having the bar and tv separate from dining. The restaurant is very loud. Acoustically it could use something.
The service was very prompt and attentive. The food was excellent. Lobster tail and Alaskan halibut were both prepared perfectly. For anyone that hasn’t been here before, we get a baked potato to split between the 2 of us. Someone might have a need for a one pound potato but it is more than enough to split for 2.
The bill came to $183 for 2 drinks dinner and one dessert. About normal for upper dining in the area. The lobster took a good chunk at $72.
I have been before was very disappointed this time. Food was not good. I returned my dinner. Service was casual not formal. No one checked on us to ask about food or drinks after it was brought to the table. It was nice years ago not impressed the last two times I went hoping it was an off night most likely won’t return.
