    Both had steak and both orders were cold and full of grizzle. Told server but no accommodation from management. Been here twice in three weeks and both meals were poor. Won’t be returning. Server Mackenzie was a delight. Funny, attentive to our needs but unable to give us refund for meal

    Not sure I’d recommend really. Very limited menu, especially for a vegetarian, such as myself. I had a Brie , onion sandwich, and my friend had a burger. Neither were particularly tasty. The service was ok, except that we had to ask for what we wanted, wine, food, desert , separately, and the menu would then be delivered to the table. I like the venue and the parking, but the food is expensive and not really good for the price’s charged.

    We found the bed. pillows etc very comfortable and room nicely decorated. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the waterfront and listening to the music coming from the park. It was great not being able to hear the outside noise with the door closed. However, there was a rattling noise that disturbed sleep all night. Perhaps it might have been coming from the exhaust fan or makeup fan. We thought the cost of the room was a little pricey because the parking was not included nor was the breakfast.

    This a comfortable, attractive place to eat. The food selection is limited, but overall well prepared and plated. Only my vegetarian dish was disappointing, since it was bland and lacking in creativity. However, a friend's dinner salad looked amazing. The charcuterie platter and flatbread appetizers were delightful.

    Not sure why we made a reservation as staff had to scramble to find us a table. This was disappointing as we were celebrating our anniversary and indicated that on the reservation. Our server neglected to tell us about the feature bbq dish which we most definitely would have ordered. Understandably it was very busy given that it was the holiday weekend and our server did his best while simultaneously serving a party of 20 inside resulting in longer delays for us. The signature cocktails we splurged on and our meals (butter chicken) were disappointing. In our opinion, beautiful setting for a casual meal and we did see other offerings that we'd like to try.

    We had a wonderful evening, the server was friendly and the food was exceptional. The kids all enjoyed their meals especially the ice cream with fresh fruit.

    Beautiful view, tasty food and cheerful service. The server said no non-alcoholic drinks were available ~ I thought there had been previously, but regardless, this would be a great option for lunch (or anyone who doesn't drink alcohol).

    Wharf and Feather is a pleasant outdoor venue, and our waitperson was very nice . I would prefer more vegetarian options on the menu, though, and it’s quite expensive for the options they do have.

    Love this restaurant however they told us no more blended cocktails because they take too long. It was a birthday party and we had a bill well over $300 on a day when it was 30 degrees. We went to the Lonestar after and they were more than happy to provide what we asked for. With what people pay at the Wharf and Feather, this is not appropriate.

    Visited the wharf for a date night before a show and it was perfect, the waterfront patio is very clean and inviting, and the food was amazing. Bartender is knowledgeable and they’re willing to work with menu options, overall a great experience!

    Overall good experience. While the menus is limited there is something for everyone. Servings are ample and the service is good. Excellent ambiance on the patio. Try the club or the power tower, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go there again.

    Food was only ok. Not much attention to detail from waiter. Had to ask for silverware and water. Did not tell us about the special BBQ being served. The music was good but too loud for visiting. The patio however was beautiful and comfortable. Nice place for a drink and we would likely give it another chance

    Mixed feelings about the food. The flatbread and the salmon were outstanding. The steak was over cooked and cold. Fries came cold. However, the manager credited for this, so great customer service!

    Very limited food options. Low quality considering the prices. They bring you a paper menu. They literally stamped two A4 papers back to back. The service was not too bad but do not expect anything special. We had to go to this restaurant because I forgot to make a reservation ahead of time. I do not recommend it. The views are nice though.

    Ordered a steak medium rare. Came well done. By the time they had a new one, my husband was finished his meal. For the price, $39 for a underwhelming steak and and fries, it was a huge disappointment.

    Fabulous dinner loved the private room, as there was a band playing it helped reduce the noise level and we were able to have good conversation. Our service was amazing, and the food was delicious. Thank you

    Waitress was very attentive and friendly . We were a table of 7 and had great service and choices of beers and spirits were awesome . Fish and chips were very tasty and not greasy at all . Would recommend in a heartbeat - will hopefully be there again soon . Waterfront patio was clean and beautiful view . Wish I could remember waitress name for a shout out !

    Nice spot located on Kingston waterfront inside the holiday inn. Nice views. Food was great and our server Sam was awesome. She was very attentive and shared her extensive knowledge of beer with us. Food was very good Definitely recommend
