    Great experience from Whiskey Joe’s. We had a large group of women who haven’t seen each other in 20 years and needless to say Peyton treated us like royalty. They have happy hour from 3-6 and BUSHWACKERS are one of the featured drinks. I had the Mahi Mahi and it was delicious! We will make a trip back before we leave town.

    HORRIBLE! We waited for over 30mins and were not even greeted by our waitress. When we got up to leave and speak to the manager he was very rude and said “well I’m bartending, maybe you should jump in and wait tables” Absolutely disgusting non professional attitude. We were not rude at all we were merely letting them know we were leaving and why. I work in the service industry and completely understand being understaffed but they should have limited the number of guests they were seating and to what sections. We were not the only ones leaving they lost lots of business this day and we’re fine with it non apologetic at all.

    The menu looked great, figured we would try something else as we always eat at the same places Which is why we eat at the same places… The team at the hostess area were very nice, 5 stars for them Our server was nice too but she was overwhelmed The bar decided to fix a frozen drink machine and ignore our drink order (not frozen) and we waited about 15-20 minutes for drinks and got them after we at our appetizer Make drinks first, for guests, that are paying….for non frozen drinks Firecracker shrimp were just fried shrimp with a thin drizzle of sauce. They need more, that’s why they are firecracker shrimp and not just fried shrimp. My grouper was inedible. It was fishy and had zero spice, as did the rice and beans. Nothing , no flavor. Zero. The cook that came out of the kitchen was covered in face tattoos and looked like he just got out of prison which explains the food Will not return

    Great atmosphere for families and friends. The service we got from Rieleigh was OUTSTANDING! She was so busy, but made us feel like VIPs even if my friend was a little too demanding. Food was great as well. Make sure to get the gator bites! They’re to die for.

    Great food and a wonderful hospitality experience. From our server Carli to the manager Payton, everyone was very kind. My husband and I enjoyed our cocktails and make sure to get the ribs!!!

    Delicious food and accompanied by even better service. Cocktails were delivered garnished and in a timely manner. We had the strawberry-guava ribs and Swashbuckler basket for our entree followed by a devious slice of key lime pie. We are locals and will be returning!

    We had the Gator Bite appetizer, the Strawberry and Guava Rib Basket and the Crab and Shrimp topped Atlantic Salmon. Every single bite was absolutely delicious! The waitress was very attentive and nice. We'll definitely be going back.

    Food was mediocre at best and took forever to prepare. Our waitress was good and very apologetic, though. Drinks were great. Other than the drinks and sunset view, we were disappointed.

    Good food, slow service. My cocktail arrive before the appetizer, but my husbands did not arrived until after we finished the appetizer over 20 minutes. Both ordered at the same time.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!- I can understand when a restaurant is busy, but the food is a 0/10 and a HUGE waste of money. Only good thing was calamari

    Overall was a very good experience. Food was great! Our server was older and seemed to be slightly irritated with us when asking for refills or sauce but he was decent. Definitely worth trying.

    The food was amazing. I was expecting more bar & grill food, and was so pleasantly surprised by the dishes we ordered. The seafood pasta was so good, and my kids ordered the salmon entree.

    Very loud inside, seated right away with reservations. Informed that kitchen staff was running behind due to a party of 30. Took about a hour for our food to arrive, some of my shrimp was still raw.

    We had a reservation for 8 people at 8pm and it took us over an hour to get apps and didn't get dinner till 9:30. We finally asked to have all food brought out together. Our wait person was attentive but seemed overwhelmed. Service was slow for food and drinks. Could have had more frequent updates from server or management to keep us posted on food status and refill our drinks. The majority of our group had only one drink and we were sitting in the bar area. I won't go back.

    We enjoyed our meals at Whiskey Joe’s. Chicken, mahi mahi, and seafood pasta. Service was good even though it was the Blue Angels show earlier and island was packed.

    I have never written a negative review but feel I need to share. The service was terrible - we had to ask for several things 2-3 times (water, silverware, crayons for our son, chips). The food was sub-par - the jambalaya, their signature dish, tasted like the sauce was made from ketchup. The chicken tacos had very little chicken in them. The Mac and cheese was spaghetti with watery cheese sauce and a few bread crumbs on top. All of it was cool/cold too. The only positive was the view, which was incredible. I hope they can turn the service and food around.

    Our table was great. We were able to watch the fireworks on the ocean. Alli our server was awesome. She was attentive and observant. She suggested we take a drink of our mojitos before she walked away because another customer sent theirs back. The manager made us another mojito. Great experience! We will definitely be returning customers!

    Our food was good but they were out of the first two options my husband ordered along with the drink he wanted. Our seats were perfect at first then they set two families next to us with screaming disobedient toddlers, we felt like we were in the middle of daycare. By this time the restaurant was full & there was no place to move. They also forgot our appetizer till I mentioned it. Our waitress was very kind & sweet. We’d try again but maybe sit at the bar area away from the screaming, crying & knocked over chairs that was constant while the parents laughed together & drank, ignoring their kids. Feel like this could have been avoided with better hosting.

    It was very underwhelming. I went with my mom and sister for a dinner on vacation and our food was undercooked (salmon and rice) and drinks were not very good either. We waited an hour and a half for not so good food and it wasn’t even busy then.

    Service was great. We had gator bites, mussels, tacos, and shrimp boil. Tacos and mussels were just alright. They were out of oysters, which was disappointing.

    Food was excellent. One of my children didn’t like her fish and chips, and the waitress brought her chicken strips and didn’t charge us for an extra meal. Very much appreciated!

    This was our first visit to Whiskey Joe's and we were impressed. We had reservations and were taken right to our table. The server was friendly, efficient, and fast. We sat on the back deck. It was beautiful. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. We will go again soon.
