The mixology lesson will include canapes and/or hors d'oeuvre samples that pair well with each cocktail. This event is being facilitated on a day (Wednesday) when our Restaurant and Kitchen are typically closed. A small menu at an additional cost will be offered to participants between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm prior to the start of class for those interested.

Santa Claus was fabulous! I think he must be the "Real Santa" His interaction with the children was do sweet and caring. A magical memory for us & our 4 yr old grandson. 🧑‍🎄

We arrived at 5:00 our reserved table was ready One of our group used the elevator. (Without it he wouldn’t have been able to go. Much appreciated) Our waitress was excellent. All of our food was very good. We didn’t realize there was entertainment and it did get a little loud. No problem! Nice to see a good crowd on a week night in the off season. We all look forward to our next visit.

I have dined here before and it was so good. This time the food was plain tasting. I had the pizza, the crust was wonderful but the topping lacked much flavour. My husband had the fish & chips and said it was really good. Service and waitress was great and the place is perfect and not overly loud.

Beef dip was a bit on the small side and the side soup was smallest I’ve ever seen. The food was good just felt hungry when I left. I would probably return for lunch but not likely for dinner. Waitresses were excellent!!

This is one of our favourite places to go. Our meals were good and represented solid value. Our server was very pleasant and efficient, but seemed unsure when taking our orders (new?). Other staff on duty gave off a general lack of enthusiasm or energy. I note this because it has been my experience in the past that staff are consistently positive throughout the facility.

I made reservations for 6 people through open table. Confirmed about 2 weeks ago. Confirmed 2more times .then when we got there ...no reservation. Luckily the sever said no problem were are not busy. That would have been a deal breaker..had there been no room. If you as a restaurant can not rely on your apps for your customers..that's a biggie. For us to come there with reservations through your app and not have room for us . ...that would have been a real disappointment . Food and service was great..

White Squirrel never disappoints. We are treated like old friends by the staff. The menu is varied and wing it day is a bargain. We come to hear the band and are so grateful the management has decided to hire them year round. Wednesdays at White Squirrel is our date night. Great appreciative crowd!

Great food, awesome service and delicious food. Great to see our server Robin again ! Highly recommend white squirrel wood fired pizza and fish and chips. The fish can be pan fried if you don’t like battered fish.

We were seated in the dining room and there was a gentleman playing guitar. His performance was good, not complaining about his singing or playing, however we were there to enjoy dinner with friends and had to basically talk to each other very loudly to be able to hear each other. Perhaps staff should ask diners if they wish to be seated close to the entertainment or away from the entertainment.

We go to White Squirrel on Wednesdays because Dustin Sky Smith entertains from 6 to 9. It 's also Wing Day and a huge bargain. Service from the time we arrive at the accessible elevator until the time we need to use the elevator to leave is just excellent. John tried the prawns this time and a new beer. Both were tasty. I went with my tried and true wings and coffee. Staff always makes us feel welcome and nurtured. Thanks White Squirrel for another memorable evening of great music and delicious food. Our one-hour drive is always worth it!

We took a group of six for dinner last night. Unfortunately the weather was just a little to brisk for sitting outdoors in the evening so we missed the entertainment. Everyone ordered something different and everyone pronounced theirs delicious. Food presentation was aesthetically pleasing and portions were generous. Service was excellent.
