Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients.     Outstanding server, bar staff took real pride in their work and knew how to make an aviation cocktail. New favourite. Food was amazing and great wine list. Don’t sleep on the Toffee Pudding I believe, soo good. Thanks for an amazing night for me and my family.

    Amazing food and service! There was not one food item order that was not devoured and enjoyed thoroughly! Oysters were fresh and flavor was 10/10. The butternut squash soup was “to die for.” The server was attentive and kind. She was very knowledgeable about every item on the menu and it’s been a long time since our family has had such a wonderful dinner like that. Only wish we had room for dessert.

    Wild Blue elevated a meal to a memorable event. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was exquisitely prepared. The restaurant was full, and noisy but didn't feel busy or overwhelming.

    Hands down one of the best dining experiences - from arrival to departure - I've ever had! Service is very personable and not rushed. Cuisine is flavorful and visually engaging. Ambience is upbeat and luxurious with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed and have every intention of returning.

    The Tuna was overcooked and had a very fishy smell to it. Not good especially considering the price. Risottos was ok but not great. The restaurant was busy which was the excuse for the delay in getting our food. Overall, not a great experience.

    High quality dining in an upscale atmosphere. All dishes were flavorful with some unique entrees. Multiple courses offered and some prefix options were available. We especially enjoyed the fresh clams and a signature octopus appetizer.

    I came expecting to spend, but the prix fixe at 39.00 was an incredible deal. The food was delicious: butternut squash soup, caviatelli pasta. Cornish hen and sticky toffee pudding. This restaurant came recommended highly and I willbe back. Prix fixed or not. Great atmosphere. Exceptional service.

    It was amazing! Food was unbelievable tasty. Server was so good. We had a bus to back to Vancouver. Server helped us to get our food fast, and dessert for to go. I wish i had more time to enjoy. Anyhow it was incredible food for 4 course. I do love to go again even there don’t have 4 courses event.

    Once again Wildblue is the best dining experience in Whistler. The food,atmosphere and service from Don was on another level. There were a lot of OMG moment’s especially the Lingcod which was out of my foody comfort zone. Doug Whistler

    We had the 2-tier seafood platter which provided a variety of different seafood that was absolutely fresh, sweet and amazing. We also had the truffle fries and house made sourdough bread. Everything we had was absolutely amazingly delicious. The t-bone halibut was like a steak in fish form and the sablefish had the perfect amount of umami with the mushrooms and fish bone broth.

    I love bringing friends for their first experience at Wild Blue as everyone raves about everything! Recently, a friend and I enjoyed an evening together sharing a number of the delicious small plates paired with a gorgeous well chilled bottle of Sancerre. The service provided to us by the amazing Mackenzie was absolutely outstanding!
