   Upscale restaurant/lounge. The seafood entrees are exceptionally fresh and flavourful. They have a good selection for drinks, some cocktails aspects are prepared in-house. Fancy ambiance, our server Donald was professional and had a good knowledge about the restaurant menu. The only downside for our group is it was quite loud/noisy in the restaurant to the point many of us found it hard to hear each other or hear our server whenever he stopped by.

   Had a great first experience at this revamped space that’s well hidden from the village but well worth the very short walk over. Gorgeous decor. Great service. Food and cocktails were delicious. House DJ. Perfect whistler fine dining experience; not too stuffy. Will definitely go back.

   Potentially one of the best restaurants in the world. Food, service, decor was impeccable. Even the entrance to the restaurant and the interior lighting were memorable. A must on your schedule, especially if you're celebrating.

   Truly an amazing all around experience. Every detail from the decor to the wait staff and the menu is on point. The food is nothing short of exceptional. Flavors and balance are world class. We had the seafood tower, some of the mid sized portion pastas and the pork and fish for entrees. Pork was bursting with flavor and the seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. This is the best restaurant in Whistler if your looking for a high end experience that will make your shortlist.

    My husband was reluctant to splurge, but every cent was worth it! The design of the restaurant is to be acknowledged, very cool. The food…wow! Our sever was so knowledgeable and we had a selection of oysters to start, then the lobster and steak. I found the lobster to be a delicious journey. Every bite was like turning the page in a good book. I am a picky, light eater and can’t usually finish my dinner anywhere. I ate the whole thing and we even had dessert, sticky toffee pudding! Great wine list, great service, loved the ambiance, and the food…worth the splurge!!

    Fantastic first visit to Wild Blue. Lobster and crab starters were amazing as were the tuna and sablefish entrees. We would highly recommend Wild Blue and we will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️

    This was arguably the meal I’ve ever had in 15 years of skiing Whistler! The service was simply impeccable. The food was artful, well conceived and gorgeously plated, and everything melted to bliss in my tummy. The prices are astronomical, but when you are this good, I guess that is the price!

    Read an article that said Wild Blue is one of the best new restaurants in Whistler and it did not disappoint! We made reservations and I’m glad we did because it was packed for a Thursday night. Our reservation was for 8 but we got there at 7:30 and they were able to seat us which was awesome! It was a little louder than I expected, I couldn’t hear any music because people were taking so loud most of the night. They have a complimentary coat and bag check which was nice since we shopped before we went. Our waiter was fantastic! He went over the the whole menu and was extremely knowledgeable! Food was FANTASTIC. We had some oysters that were plump and full of flavor! (Make sure you ask about selection because the ones we picked weren’t on the menu, our waiter let us know the selection) I had the Sablefish which was so flavorful and melted in my mouth. My boyfriend had the prime NY cut steak with the Yakiniku sauce which he said was great! The sauce is a specialty and very flavorful. We had the Yukon Gold Potato purée which was so buttery and delicious, along with the cooked vegetables which were also full of flavor. To finish off I had the Lemon Merengue which was tart and delicious! I cannot remember the name of my drink but it was delicious too! The tables had just enough room and had a combo of booths and tables along with a bar. The booth seats were so comfortable. I honestly can’t wait to go back and see what’s on the menu then!

    Certainly the finest restaurant in Whistler. Designed decoration and furniture, irreproachable service, and excellent food (even for Parisian guys). The major pain point lies in the noise level, far too high to have dinner (even for party guys).

    There has been tons of comparisons between the Araxi and the Wild Blue, we went to each one this week and both are good, the bar at the Wild Blue is beautiful but it lacks the level of the service of the Araxi, food was good may I said no as good as I expected. Whistler has very good restaurants and Wild Blue is one of the best, may I say itt I don't think is the best one yet.

    This was the 2nd time we tried Wild Blue. After a 1st outing that was fine but not outstanding we wanted to give it another try as feedback from others has been excellent. We enjoyed both alcoholic and non cocktails, the squash appetizer was scrumptious and mains of long cod, lobster, chicken and sablefish were are outstanding. Service was very good. Our waiter even had a pair of readers for one of our party who forgot theirs. The only slight annoyance was the level of sound. It’s a large open air environment, which is lovely, but also lively.

    Take the bar seats, if offered. Watch consummate professionals, Zac and Fran (and others) mix perfect cocktails while dining on some of Whistler’s finest cuisine. Oysters on the half shell, succulent appetizers and magnificent mains will have you returning for more! Save room for desert! A vast wine list, i rarely get past the Champagne section, but all tastes and price points are catered for. An essential new addition to the Whistler dining scene.

    We we looking forward to checking out Chef Alex Chen’s new establishment in Whistler and it doesn’t disappoint. The venue looks great and service is excellent. Seafood is front and centre; loved both the ahi tuna and sablefish. Oyster selection was top notch. Finished with superb featured dessert.

    The quality and taste of the food was excellent and the ambiance was lovely, however, the food was just barely warm. Our food was delivered to the table prior to our pre dinner cocktails being finished and we hadn’t even had an opportunity to order wine. In general we felt very rushed.

    This was my second time and it was ‘nice’. Beautiful design, excellent waitress (Jay), but I was disappointed in the Ribeye steak. Was told chef recommends ‘medium’ and it was over cooked and lacked taste. As I was a guest I didn’t send back, but suggest you try other things. My husbands fish was very good, as was the beet salad and oysters. Just not the place for a steak. Our waitress was very personable and made the evening special for our out of town guest.
