Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group.     We arrived on time and were sat. It took over 20 minutes for us to make a drink order and it took another 20 minutes for us to get our wine. We ordered the bread to start and half of it was stale. An hour had passed before we got our appetizers. Then another half an hour passed with no mains. We asked to have it packed up and left. No apologies or interaction with the manager. The manager did however spend most of his time visiting at a table.

    We had a wonderful evening out with our teenage daughter! We enjoyed the fixed menu special, and every dish was delightful. Our young server was friendly and efficient, even during a bustling night. She accidentally took my husband’s unfinished glass of white wine from the pairing menu but quickly made up for it by offering us an extra glass for the next course, which was a lovely touch. The decor, food, and service were all exceptional. The only downside was the high noise level, which made conversation a bit challenging. Overall, we loved our meal and, as locals, will definitely recommend this restaurant to visitors!

    Amazing experience at Wild Blue. Was our first time here, and we were blown away by the food and the service we received. Our server was amazing, attentive, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations when needed. The food was delicious and perfectly portioned. Will definitely be back and recommend this spot to everyone visiting Whistler.

    Once again Wild Blue knocks it out of the park with service food and atmosphere and of course value when it comes to the $39 4 course menu this time of year. I highly recommend the lamb shoulder for the main course. I’ll be back to try the other items on the menu like the Pork cheeks.

    We had an amazing experience at wild blue for their special fall menu. The ambiance is perfect. The lighting is A1, the decor, the washrooms, the glasses every details is thought of. The food was really good and perfectly seasoned with generous portions. The wine list is awesome with amazing producers. Our server Jacky was the star of our evening. Her service was very attentive and super sweet. The sommelier Ryan was also very lovely. Thank you so much for an amazing evening and hopefully we will come back soon.
