In total, our dinner took 3 hours start to finish. The apps took almost 45minutes to come out. Dinner was then another hour after that. 3 of our steaks that were ordered med-rare came out rare/blue. I personally could not even finish my steak for how rare it was. Even the manager could clearly see and agreed that our steaks were all undercooked but at that point we just ate them out of hunger. Deserts were good and the highlight of the meal. We have eaten here many times but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and time on service. Thankfully our waitress was fantastic & we felt bad for her having to explain several times how slow the kitchen was.

I booked the dinner for a special occasion well in advance. The table we were given was right at the front door and everytime someone came in or out we were freezing. The hostess at the front had a very rude tone when I showed my discontent. Our waitress was also serving a large party and at no fault of her own struggled to be attentive. The restaurant was extremely noisy and most people were dressed in jeans and such, not smart casual. The food and wine were fantastic and it is unfortunate that the overall experience was poor.

Our water was always empty and waitress didn’t take our drink orders in a timely fashion. Chicken and naan bread wayyy over cooked. Steak wasnt overly warm and seemed like it had been kept from being served for too long. Waitress talked way too much with all the patrons, spilled several things and kept telling us she was so busy. For 500$+ meal I was quite disappointed. We spent almost 4 hours there and kept looking for the waitress most of the time.

The filet mignon was out of this world. Escargot was really good too. Brought my 1 year old and 2 year old to the restaurant and they were very accommodating and welcoming. Will be returning again!

Enjoyed ourselves completely. The food was excellent .We started with the coconut shrimp. Very tasty. I had the beet salad with steak. Both salad and steak were delicious and perfectly prepared. My husband enjoyed his meal thoroughly as well. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. The restaurant even called earlier in the day to let us know a parade would be in the area so we were able to plan our route in advance. Thoughtfullness we appreciated. Will return and recommend

Had a great first experience at Wildfire. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. Service was excellent, we had Tyler who made sure to check in often to ask how everything was. Will definitely be back.

The mains took way too long to arrive. As their first table for the dinner service, it was quite surprising. When they did make it to the table, my lobster tail was very undercooked. The manager( prob the owner) did come by, but she really should not of used the words, “sorry you THINK it was undercooked”. If she actually looked at it, there would have been no thinking involved. When the new tail was ready, a significant amount of time had passed. No offer was made for taking it off the bill, nor any offer of a complimentary desert was suggested. As someone who grew up in restaurants, and has eaten all over the world, the lack of a peace offering surprised me. I seldom send anything back (I almost exclusively eat meat so mistakes are limited), and I never accept anything for free from a small business but that being said, a small gesture would have been nice. Our steaks were cooked properly, although the filet did appear on the smaller side for 10oz ( BUT, that may have been on me as I just returned from Argentina, which is beef Nirvana). The server, Colleen was delightful, and her demeanour did elevate the experience. I am undecided if I will return…

It was my first time here and definitely won’t be the last time. Very amazing staff and flood full of flavours.. steak was cooked perfect with right amount of seasoning! Cheesy garlic bread was one of the best I ever had. Our drinks was on point too. Thank you wildfire

First impressions when we walked in we’re very nice, helpful, friendly staff the ambiance was gorgeous tables were nicely spaced… service was quick and efficient, drinks arrived quickly…. there was no rush in getting our orders in. my wife had the fillet. It was cooked to perfection and my New York steak was exactly the way I like it. We will be coming to your place instead of “the keg “ from now on! hopefully see you people soon!!!!! J&E

Three of us had the centre cut sirloin. None of the steaks were cooked to order and they were tough. I would definitely not recommend this cut.

For the cost the food was just ok, my steak was on the chewy side with more than it's share of grissel, not what I would expect for a $50 steak, sides and appetizers were good, my wife also said her steak was over done. Service was good.

Wildfire needs more staff. The service was slow at times and it seemed our server was always saying I will be right back. She greeted us and said she would be back, then a different server came and said she would be serving us and then the 1st server came back and took over. The food was fine, but nothing spectacular. The prices are inline with other steakhouses in the area. Getting a reservation is easy. The staff was friendly but again I think they need more.

Took too long for food ... server mentioned they had a large group but they should be able to handle the 16 top and still handle a 2 top. Mushroom soup and mushroom ravioli were not good. Steak was undercooked for medium.

This is a lovely location for a special occasion or dinner out for two. We had an early reservation before the Friday evening crowd arrived, so it was quiet. The food was exceptional; the filet mignon is so tender and tasty. The staff are friendly and efficient and made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. This is going to become a habit, as it is such a satisfying dining experience.

Carrie our server was very pleasant and looked after us The door person took the time to open the door for us coming and was accomodating on our seat selection. It was a special occasion so we all enjoyed our special guest's treat.

Wow!!! It was a special night for us and we needed a special place for it. Usually, we always go to one of our favorite restaurants, but it has become quite expensive, busy and noisy. Our older son mentioned Wildfire Oshawa and mentioned that we should try it. The greeter opened the door for us and gave us a tour of the place. The waitress was outstanding and the food was fantastic. Better than restaurants where our bill was over 2 times as much and also our old favorite which was also more money Considering we're going out for dinner again in about 8 days and everything is as good again, we will have a new favorite restaurant

Welcome was excellent. Service was very good initially but became less so following presentation of dinner selections. Main items selected by customers were excellent for steaks, very good for salmon and good for lobster. Vegetables were just satisfactory with carrots undercooked. Prices for entries were fair and would have been rated higher if vegetables were prepared in better fashion. All in all I would rate your steaks on par with the Keg or a touch tastier. If the vegetables were prepared in better fashion, I would rate Wildfire higher than the Keg.
